Smoothie King — Restaurant in Georgia

I absolutely looove this smoothie King location! My first time coming in was two months ago. I was greeted by a warm smile and a big personality. The employee's name is Kelsey. I am a health nut, but I didn't like that the smoothies contained juices and stevia. Kelsey explained that I could remove the juices and add on extra veggies and fruits. She asked me about my flavor palette and my favorite smoothie flavors. I shared them with her and she proceeded to suggest the lemon ginger smoothie with no juice or stevia, and she asked if the other fruits and veggies I'm the smoothie were ok. I told her yes, and I added on extra ginger, spinach, and blueberries. She whipped it up for me and I instantly fell in love. This was two months ago.

Since then, I've been coming into the store at least three days a week and ordering the same thing. When I enter, the employees cheerfully say welcome back and they're all very friendly and warm. I always feel welcome and right at home. The atmosphere is warm, the employees are kind and playful yet professional, and my same smoothie is always absolutely delicious. I went to one on Virgina Ave before and it was good, but the atmosphere is completely incomporable to this one.

Smoothie King on Old National, I'm not sure how you did it, but you've trained your employees well and now you have a customer forever. Thank you for a continuous positive experience, and thank you to Kelsey for being awesome and designing my favorite smoothie. I'll be there later on for...

I meant to write this review about three days ago my experience with the Smoothie King on Old National. When I first walked in, I thought it was going to be a good experience because they had four employees behind the counter but when I walked in, they didn’t acknowledge me. The lady with the Islamic clothing took my order, now she did take my order and she did have patience waiting on me to choose what kind of smoothies I wanted. I waited patiently in my car for my smoothies, it was one order in front of me, a young group of guys and girls walked in they were definitely greeted because one of the employees came from behind the counter and hugged two of them. I seen two of there smoothies was made so I thought mine has to be ready. So proceed to go back in and ask was my smoothies ready they all looked around as if I didn't say anything, so I went back to the front of the counter where my order was placed and ask the young lady who took my order was my smoothies ready she looked around as if she was lost or confused. So I say I was before them so I think it’s ready. She looked in the cooler and it wasn’t ready so I asked why was theres fixed before mine and I placed my order before them everybody still looking around as if I’m not saying anything so I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to wait any longer and the lady that took my order and another young lady did not know how to do the refund so the young lady that gave out the hugs did the refund for me and I walk out very...

Perfect day for Smoothie King, it is incredibly hot outside, and something cool and refreshing is exactly what the doctor prescribed! I have to say that it was incredibly hard to find this smoothie king! It is ducked off next to a wing stop, and it's almost hidden, luckily I ran into it. I'm not used to writing anything negative, and it bothers me that I have to, but as soon as I walked into the place, there was a pungent odor. It smelled like old mop water or something, I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but whenever somebody walked in, they made a comment about the smell. The place was really big, and it had seats for people who wanted to enjoy their treat indoors, I liked the way it was set up inside. Service was really good. There was a young man who took my order that was quick and helped me pick the PB Delight that I ended up with. Then there was a young lady that made it for me. They were all very pleasant and attentive, making my experience a positive one. The PB Delight was huge! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of pitaya base that came with my order. The fruit was fresh, and I enjoyed every bite. I have never had a smoothie bowl before today, I have been to Smoothie King a few times before, obviously for smoothies, but I definitely have a new go-to here now.
