The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Riverdale

I've visited this location before and had an ok experience. But today, first of all, I called and the girl that answered had the most unpleasant attitude. I almost asked if she was OK? It was like she was forced to be there. I asked if they had chicken salad and the price of a sandwich. I arrived at the location at 12:30p. I walked in and I knew immediately that she was the one that I spoke too. Her whole demeanor was "I'm so sick of people" I wanted to turn and leave. Her countenance was so dark. She even slammed the phone down on the base I guess she was making the phone busy to keep from answering it. So I remained in line and at my turn, she looked at me with such dead eyes. No expression at all. I mustered the will to say something because she took her time to even acknowledge I was before her. I asked about chicken salad, she looked back and then stated " were out." I then asked hesitantly, how long would it take to make a sandwich because it seemed the other two ladies were preparing a large order. She said "it won't be long" , but I just can't finance being oppressed. I did not feel confident in my order being right or of good quality. I just left. Good help is challenging to find, however, management should be aware of who they hire to take care of their customers. Its apparent that the manager here cares less or is...

Never again will I come to this location. The Douglasville location is where I usually go but couldn’t make it in time. They are consistently awesome. I went to this location because they are open later. Upon coming into the store I noticed I was the only customer there. No one greeted me or came to the front for a little. Once they did come up front is was like I was the biggest inconvenience. The girl was not happy that I asked for salads for some reason. She made a point to not look happy or sound happy the whole interaction. The light skinned lady came from the back and I smiled and said hello. Everyone was so unhappy I thought my happiness could project onto them. But nope she didn’t say a thing. Looked me in my eye and went to another register other than the one I was already at to ring me up. She didn’t speak and was very nasty about how she just shoved the ticket at me and walked off. I don’t need you to be my friend but friendly/kindness at the front of the house...

The food is always good at honey baked ham, but this particular location has horrible service. Now, my last visit here was an exception. The cashier who helped me was extremely helpful and pleasant, and for that reason, I gave this place 3 stars. That cashier's customer service deserves 5 stars, but past experiences at this store brought the average down. In the past, I have had to report this store to the corporate office, and I have stopped coming to this store for a while. Even on this visit, another worker came out from the back, looked in my face, did not greet me, and did not ask if I needed any help. She found time to grab her cell phone and start talking on it. Someone she knew came in the store, and she made time to talk to them instead of making sure customers were taken care of. I really appreciate the good service I received from the other worker, but I probably won't return...
