Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Georgia

My experience was terrible I complain about this place about this one manager that works there I don't want to call her name but they gave me her name I reached out to the district which she was so nice to me she gave me a gift card and she said they have complained about this lady before as I was leaving a gentleman told me her name which I already knew her name and he says her attitude is real bad you are not the only customer I asked for three Krispies the young girl gave me three original thighs so I'm standing up there it already took them about 15 minutes before they came up and got my order which I understood because they had just opened so when I looked in the box it was three original and I said three crispy do y'all know they did not want to change my order I even spoke to the manager she act like she didn't even want to send nothing I went to my car and I was going to take it and I got back out and said no I want what I paid for I would never go back to this KFC as long as this lady is in there they have another lady I want to send her name is Miss Wilma I think that's her name she is just so nice and so respectful I will only go there if she's there otherwise KFC you would not get my business is sad people spend their hard earn money I do cook but every now and then I like to go to KFC and y'all get complaints about this lady but yet y'all keep her there her attitude sucked y'all need to have a real talk with this lady because it's crazy and I did appreciate the gift card but I'm not expecting a gift card every time I complain I expect y'all to try to do something about...

This review is based on my family and my last drive thru order at which a KFC order was made for a family meal. This was over two years ago and the reason we have not eaten KFC since then plus the KFC locations have dwindled near our residence. The cole slaw was divided unevenly into two black plastic containers, and the difference in their amounts was noticeable. The lack of dressing the cole slaw had in both containers was noticeable, too. We informed the female employee at the window that there was a difference in the amounts of cole slaw. Then the black male manager said to hand it back after much disagreement and negative attitude despite we didn't leave the window, so there was no room for doubt of the claim. My family was calm the entire time, so his unpleasant attitude was not invited. The cole slaw that was least was trashed and another was given in its place. That manager's nasty demeanor ruined the atmosphere and our desire to eat with enjoyment. My mom was craving KFC for a while, so that day was to be enjoyable. It wasn't like we're trying to deceive or cheat this poorly ran establishment. When we asked for the to speak to the manager, he ssid boldly that he was it. The order was already paid before the food was handed out the window. I had video recorded part of the encounter but I knew not where to send it to address that manager's evil behavior. I have always had an great experience at every Long John Silver's Restaurant that I've visited, well, today was very much different, I went inside the restaurant at 4:16 p.m and placed my order, 3 pieces of Fish and 6 Battered Shrimp, Yes, The Shrimp tasted as if it had been battered too long, and they had what tasted like a box of salt on it, The Fish was dried out , I was suppose to have three pieces of Fish, ( they gave me only two ) and I was suppose to have two orders of Fries ( they gave me one ) The Store appeared to be clean, But, When I went to get my drink there was a large amount of water on the floor and several water puddles, and someone could fall and hurt themselves, I went back to the Cashier and told him about the water, ( He said to me, ) I put a wet floor sign down! He showed no sign of worries, I told him that if someone slip up and fall in there, that wet floor sign will mean nothing, I don't live in that area, I did years ago and it was much better, this is the worst Long John's that I have ever been to and will never return to this one, although, I live in Alpharetta and don't get on that side very often, I had visited the others in different areas, but now every one of them are closed, and I believe this one will probably be the next.
