Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery on website 5 days in advance, paid 5 days in advance. Was hosting a Halloween party for a house full of 7th graders planned pizza for the first part of party and then kids go trick or treating. Due to pizza being 1 hour late kids started late. I know it can be a busy night for pizza delivery on Halloween night, thus the reason I ordered well in advance. There is no excuse as to why knowing for 5 days of an order I would have to call twice to check on my order. Also this was my very first time ever trying Marco's and the young lady answering the phone offered me a $20 credit on my next order, but I highly doubt I want to experience that lack of organization again. Also the order was over $30, so why they would think a $20 credit would help when I paid for pizza to be delivered at a certain time and they did not hold up to their end of the agreement. Update: 2 days later called to use my credit. Had to talk to owner and he was completely unaware of my credit. The organizational issues continue. I have submitted in the feedback form for Marco's so well see what happens now.

Read moreOrdered a pizza and wings it took 45 minutes to get which was ok with me when it got here I opened the pizza and it looked like they had dropped it I called the store at 950pm they close at ten it rang for almost 2 minutes when they finally awnsered the younge guy picked up and said Marco's were closed I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the younge kid he was the manager I explained what happened and he said there's nothing he could do once again were closed I asked if I could send pictures of what my pizza looked like and was laughed at by him saying you cant send pictures to a land line and I replied I know do you have a corporate email I can send them to he again laughed and said no but he will talk to the driver I even contacted corporate and still haven't gotten a response will never order from Marco's pizza again and to top it all off had to throw out the pizza and the wings tasted like someone poured a bag of salt on them they also were not eatable had to throw them away as well I spent 43 dollars to throw away food thanks guys never again dominos might not be as good but the have great customer service and would have made things...

I regularly order from this location for my family, and I also place orders for my employees and clients. Unfortunately, my order today was incorrect once again—the third time in a row this has happened. When I called to address the issue, instead of receiving an apology or any form of helpful customer service, I was met with defensiveness. Tara implied that the mistake was mine, rather than taking accountability or offering a resolution.
As a business owner myself, I understand how important it is to listen to customers and take responsibility when things go wrong. I truly hope this team receives additional training in customer service and order accuracy. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled makes all the difference—especially when food allergies could be involved. I would hate for a preventable error to impact a client...
