Don't know where to begin.
This store shipped something for an eBay transaction where i was the recipient. The shipment was for a piece of memorabilia in a frame so anyone with any sense would have used Styrofoam.
Nope, not this place. Upon receiving from UPS, I noticed the box was tore open because there wasn't enough tape. Then it was wrapped in bubble wrap (Small kind). When I took the frame out, it was damaged it 4 spots and the glass was shattered. After the fact, I also measure the box which was "THE EXACT" same size as the frame. Almost as if this store had the intent to damage the product.
Chuck (the owner) and company proceeded to tell me how it wasn't their problem and it is what it is. After working with the seller, I also found out the called me a "liar" because they thought the repair quote I received was too much.
So in the end, they screwed both the seller and recipient. Thanks Chuck!!! Awesome job buddy!!

Read moreThe store lost a package that I sent via USPS, the owner of the store told me that I would be better off submitting a claim myself, which may be true, even though it is a hassle, and by the way, I paid the store and trusted them to get my package to my customer. Zero accountability. Now, I am out the money for sending the package, the item that was lost and having to refund my customer. The owner was not concerned about my item being lost and when I emailed the store he sent back a terse email. Zero responsibility. People rely on the service that this store claims to provide and I am surprised by the lack of concern and zero admission of fault. Very disappointing. Read moreI wanted to give a shout out to the person at this location for the extra mile she went to help me with my shipping needs and just how friendly she was. She got my item ready for shipping and put label on it ready for me to carry to post office because I had to have a number from the post office and they are closed due to holiday. She went out of her way to help. Most people would have just told me go to the post office and let them help you but she prepared me for what to expect and so I would not have to get there and have them tell me that I need this shipment to be packed and have a label on it. So now when I go I am prepared and I will just have to give it to the postal worker. That is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. I say give this woman a raise . Employee number 196711 was excellent...
