Started with Peach Out 🍑 almost a year ago with no yoga experience and really couldn't have made a better choice - what a great community to be a part of. Welcoming, friendly and encouraging - and that's just your fellow yogis.
And the staff, well, can't say enough about them - fun, usually irreverent, always knowledgeable and engaged with their clientele. People start attending for the yoga, but they keep coming back for the instructors - and this group keeps them coming back. Really couldn't ask for a better team to learn from.
Then there's the owner - what to say. She's created a community that loves the studio as much as she loves the community for being part of what she built. Her classes are always packed, and for good reason - this is not your hippie aunt's Zen yoga experience, this is down dog to 80's Journey, with laughs and sweat all around.
It's also a well run studio that is open 365 days a year where you won't be in a class with just three or four people (that happens a lot at other E Cobb studios) and you'll have a varied mix of classes from 6am to 6:30pm to suit you (heated, non-heated, power, slow flow, stretch).
Try it for a month - they usually have specials for new clients - promise you'll be hooked and feeling better, not only physically but also because you'll be part of...
Read moreI'm new to yoga and with the encouragement of my daughter I signed up for a 30 day trial for $30 and got unlimited access to classes. This was such a deal I couldn't pass it up and gave me a great intro to the studio and to yoga. The instructors are all excellent with attention to each member. The workouts are challenging and worth the time spent. It been 8 months since then, and I am still learning and growing in my practice. Stand outs to me about this place--Generosity--they aren't stingy and cheap. They sponsor so many local events and establishments (schools, fund raisers, etc) and they have so many incentives to get discounts, group packages and encourage people to experience the studio. They have frequent specials for local teachers, and for members--fun contests and incredible prizes. Welcoming-- the environment is so welcoming and friendly. New people are all cheered on and those who are regulars seek to engage with others. Instructors know each person and encourage them by name throughout the practice. Fun--possibly the best thing about Bring it Om is the fun, energetic, real and positive environment that exudes every part of...
Read moreLet me just say what a wonderful Yoga studio this is. I first came here during the opening weekend to try out a few of the free classes offered. Each class was fantastic and taught by experienced and talented instructors. My favorite that first weekend was the teen-parent class. I loved being able to take a class with my son.
I have continued my membership and take a wide variety of classes weekly. The studio itself is so warm and welcoming and CLEAN. They have yoga mats and towels available WITHOUT a rental fee, and they have plenty of blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters and wedges that can be used during class.
There are many different styles of classes offered to meet the needs of a total newbie to the most experienced yogi.
The owner and the instructors are so accommodating. They have special class offerings (dance night, inversion workshops, etc.) and have even set up private yoga classes for local school teachers. (I am a one of those teachers, and it has been a great way to de-stress with my colleagues)
This place is truly a gem in East Cobb/Roswell. You must come...
