Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Tonight was the second time I had to wait almost 45 minutes for a large pizza. My order was taken at 5:15. I checked my phone when I sat down to wait. The girl told me 15 minutes. The minutes passed. When I asked about my order, the guy asked me if I had paid already, which I had done. He was standing right there next to the girl who took my money. They were quite busy and there was quite a few people working. I was told 4 more minutes and still no pizza. My son came in asked me what the problem was. I explained what I had been told. I was told again 4 more minutes. I asked did they lose my order in the shuffle. When other customers received their pizza, the guy said thanks for your patience. He said nothing to me. I finally got my pizza at 5:53. The order wasn't even put in till 5:37 is what my receipt showed. I have been a fan of Marcos since they opened, Stephan. Sad to say no more after being treated like this for the second time by the same employee. My son said it looked deliberate to him. I guess when you wait inside you are put at the bottom...

No lie, I have lived in the area for the past 12 years. This Marco's Pizza is the only Pizza I have eaten. I don't even know what to say or how to say it other than it's the best damn pizza I've ever ate. Literally, it is the only pizza place I go to. I'm old enough where I've had plenty of pizza all my life and before I moved to this area I've had all the pizza around Atlanta so when I tell you that there is something special about this store I don't know what the heck they do but I absolutely love their pizza. I order a medium with bacon onions and mushrooms with the parmesan and garlic crust well done and I kill the entire pizza every time. The staff is always friendly and the pizza is freaking delicious every single time. I don't know what they have going on at this location but I'm telling you right now this is the best freaking Pizza in marietta. I've tried all the other pizza places in Marietta and there's no comparison. I absolutely love this Marco's Pizza on Roswell Road...

This is the third time I’ve had an issue with this location! I called in a pick up order at 4:49 for me and my 2 year old. We had plans on dining in bring that we had a very long day and my 2 year I’ll was starving. We were told our order would be ready in 20 mins. We got there at 5:27 the cashier asked my name DIDN’T FIND THE ORDER. Asked for my phone number DIDN’T FIND THE ORDER. Asked me to see my call log and what time I called to make sure I called the right store AS IF IM NOT A HOMEOWNER TWO BLOCKS AWAY AND THIS IS THE ONLY MARCOS I ORDER FROM! We went through all of that to find out my order wasn’t placed he didn’t apologize or even try to fix it. He just attempted to put my order in the system as I was standing there while asking me what did I originally order! My two year old screamed in tears seeing to the fact he is hungry. I would never visit this...
