The experience was interesting in that when I got there I made my order an the whole time I was there the older lady taking orders in the drive through was complaining about the company and her job. She stated she hated the place, she didn't care, she's going to go look for another job, if they want to fire me they can.
I was there waiting for my food for 15 20 min for 4 biscuits to take to work for me and other people an while I was there she was playing on her phone complaining. Which I understand the food industry is stressful. I also know if your wearing gloves you don't scratch your hear, your nose or other parts of your body, you don't touch your phone constantly, gloved hands don't go in your pocket at all. You change your gloves everytime, but again I said I was there for 15 20 min and not once did she change her gloves which is a health code violation. She was running the orders in the drive through and I was inside so she didn't touch mine. The drive through was wrapped around the building which is normal for a Martin's in the moring but she was using dirty gloves from pockets, phone, and scratching her self an touching the computer an peoples food in the drive through. Not a good experience to come to for a restaurant. The guy who took my order at the front counter was courteous and laughed as I made a joke about the lady complaining by the drive-through.
All in all the food was good an I'd go back, hopefully the next time the complaining manager is gone. I'm assuming she was a manager since she was...
Read moreI just went through the drive thru…. The gentleman didn’t seem too knowledgeable. I placed the order after correcting him several times. I pulled forward. I paid and was handed my food. The burger wasn’t right I noticed after pulling out of the parking lot. I turned around and went back through the drive thru again. I let him know it was suppose to have bacon and cheese. All they did was add a cold piece of cheese and bacon and hand me the same burger back out the window. I just handed him the burger and fries and asked for a refund. He then hands me 10$ back out the window and I said my order wasn’t $10. It was $8.07. I asked to speak to a manager and he acted like that was the appropriate thing to do. I had already taken a bite out of the burger. It is not ok on several levels. I did reach out to Malone and I’m waiting on a call back. I will update once I speak to him.
2pm. I spoke with Malone. I expressed my concerns and he did say it was against health codes and he would be contacting them. I was appreciative of his call. But i have to say I Will no...
Read moreLet me give you money - waited in line at my usual biscuit place, busy as usual, which is cool I waited. Was distracted while ordering so I forgot a side of bacon for our dog. Asked the cashier that almost always serves me (surprised he doesn’t know our name) to please add a side of bacon and he says “sorry no add ons” and passes over the food and shuts the window. Great customer service would have been to just pass over a side of bacon (it’s three slices), ok service would have been to just ring up a side and well we know what bad service is. We have supported this location since it opened and before that the one on East Paulding and before that the one Cartersville and occasionally the one on. On. Parkway, we are or were regular customers. I’d be interested to know and honestly won’t be back until someone reaches out. I’ll send a direct message on other media as well. Please be nice to your associate lane so they will...
