Martin's Restaurants - Hiram Location — Restaurant in Georgia

I love Martin's, and I usually go through the drive thru, but this morning I decided to go inside considered there were not many people inside. I figured I'd get in and get out. Maybe 10 minutes at the most. Nope! I waited 10 minutes just to order with 3 people in front of me. That is completely ridiculous. The wait time should be less than 10 minutes from order food to receiving order. I get employing elderly people, but they do not need to be taking orders or filling orders. They are slow and seem to not care if they're getting customers out the door in a timely manner. The guy making the food was just standing around waiting because they were taking to long on the front side. The drive thru was moving along nicely, but not the rest of it. One lady could barely pour a cup of coffee without almost spilling it and could barely get the lid on. They other lady seemed extremely irritated and didn't seem to be moving in a swift manner to get customers out the door. Y'all...

HORRIBLE !!! All I wanted was a steak and grits. I ordered this in drive thru 8/17 about 8:10am. The female on the intercom was extremely rude and abrasive! It was actually unbelievable just how nasty her attitude was.

She kept cutting me off saying “you want a steak what” ? We have different types of steak so when you say stack which one? A side of steak or what?

Very rude and insulting. I’ve always said “steak” and never been hounded or berated over something so small! I will never go here again and it’s a shame because the food is good. The steak is my favorite item here and all the locations I’ve ever been to. I ended up telling her -her customer service is horrible and I went to ihop!!

Horrible customer service and person and it’s concerning how angry and irate this female became over something so frivolous. She needs anger management and to be fired as her antics have no place in customer service! NEVER WILL...

This location use to be great. It appears there’s new management and it’s gone down hill. I placed a large order the other day and the biscuits were very greasy. Today I went through the drive thru and the girl on the speaker seemed to be trying to take the order as fast as possible never repeated the order to make sure she had it correct. Something told me to ask her to repeat it when I got to the window and sure enough she hadn’t listened. She kept I insisting that what I requested was not what I had actually asked for. I asked for my money back and to cancel my order. She said “okay bye bye” in a sarcastic tone of voice. I drove down to another location and they listened and repeated my order back to me.
