this is starting to get absolutely ridiculous at this point. i eat at this mcdonalds almost every single weekend coming home from work for the convenience. and they ALWAYS give me microscopic portions when it comes to pickles, mustard, and diced onions on my burgers and in this case, nothing of each. there have been NUMEROUS of times where i order extra of all of those things to try to even get the normal amount that should come on the burger and still get less than the bare minimum (i stopped paying for extra pickles and onions and adding extra mustard because of this). i could understand if this was a one off or maybe a few time occurrence, but this has genuinely been going on for a good year now, and i am posting about it now because im just fed up with it. i’m hoping this review can reach management for something to be done about this because this is practically false advertisement and honestly robbing your customers of what they pay for. i would really hate to contact higher ups to get this issue resolved, but if i have to take a photo of every time this happens and show them receipts, i guess i will do so. all i want is to receive what i pay for and have an already cooked meal after a very long work day/weekend. I ordered by mobile order , then went inside to pick up the order ( I order filet fish ) , when i went inside the roof had leak, the floor, the counter was dirty. They had 6 people working, well 3 actually working and others just standing around doing nothing. I waited for my turn . While waiting the customer in from was told that they don't have receipts for the customers purchase, they don't have chocolate for there mocha. Then look at the soda machine couple sodas have signs on them not working. Well then came my turn I go up and they tell on my order they don't have tartar sauce for my sandwich, I told them the reason I get the filet of fish is for the tartar sauce, I asked not to make my order and simply give me my money back. They told me it was a mobile order that they cant give money back on mobile order. They told me to call customers services, which then I did , so after 28 minutes I get someone on the phone. They simply tell me that they cant give me my money back, that I have to contact my bank and due a dispute and what ever charges are associated with it that I have to pay. They told me that they cant do nothing. So all out waste of time and money , I don't not recommend mobile orders and I don't recommend...

This was the worst McDonald's we have been. This was at 10:30 pm and we went drive thru. First they charged $6 for two snack size M&M Mcflary which was way too high price for this size , normally snack size are around $1.50 each, so it should have been around $3.00 for both. We tried to pay by credit card and we were told that our card was declined and I know it wasn't possible, because I use this card very often and it is always current. We paid cash and asked for a receipt. We were told they can't give us receipt as machine wasn't working. This means obviously that they were keeping cash in their pockets and giving no receipt to customers. Also the attendant at the window was complaining and mad about his schedule changes and other things, which was none of my business, but I felt like it was being used as a distraction. The behavior was very unprofessional and rude. Inside it looked like there was a party going on and no care of customers. On top of that It took us at least 40 minutes to wait in line going drive thru window. Never had a situation like this in any McDonald's in my...
