McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

Now, for a proper review.

So I decided to grab some McDonald's breakfast today. I ordered a #14 steak, egg (and cheese? Not sure if it had cheese) bagel, add bacon. I get home and realize that they'd forgotten to put the steak on the sandwich. I drive back and let them know what happened. The time I arrived at the store was about 10:47, almost 20 mins after they'd stopped breakfast.

This is my experience:

The employee working the register turns out to be the manager. His name is Michael Scott. He apologies for the mistake and tells me that breakfast has ended.

I was prepared for this so I began to ask if I could trade it for a sandwich of equal value. Instead, Michael asks one of the other employees if it's possible to remake the sandwich. She says yes and proceeded to remake the order.

Michael then offers me something to drink (which I respectfully declined. I was raised never to take anything you don't truly want or need) and makes polite conversation with me as he works. He disappears into the back for a minute then returns holding a business card in his hands. He flips it over and hand writes a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich and hashbrown. He hands it to me and apologies again for the inconvenience.

My sandwich is made and Michael hands me the bag and asks if there is anything else he could help me with. I say no and I'm on my way.

Most of the other reviews for this place are horrible and maybe they usually are but today, this place turned my seemingly rocky morning into a great start to my day. Thank you Michael (and lady who remade my sandwich). I will be coming back.....I live just down the road so I would've been back anyways hahahaha but...

The people here have the worst customer service ever I come in and I’m trying to get the little Hispanic girls attention because I’m picking up an Uber order as well as wanting to order something myself when she just turns to me to says hold on barely looking at me and so then I’ve been sitting there for another few minutes when this tall Hispanic guy walks up and doesn’t even acknowledge me and go straight to the counter to help other people . I then explain to him that I haven’t been helped and I’ve been waiting longer than these people to then he responds. Oh just give that girl a second and then I was like well I was trying to put in an order as well as pick up Uber so can I put in my order then he had the nerve to ask me how can I take these other people’s order before yours even though I was waiting there way before they walked in. Then, when the girl finally acknowledged me, she tried to give me the order and help me confirm it and once I told her, “hey I also put in an order for myself. I’ll confirm the order when I get my food.” She then takes the food and move it to another counter, but then immediately passes me my food and doesn’t give the Uber food and then when I try to get her attention to then get the food, she ignores me and walks away. A black girl with short ass hair, then proceeds to walk and I try to get her attention. She ignores me as well. I know common sense isn’t common but y’all need better...

*pics included ** The bottom paragraph was from a previous experience * today around 12pm I ordered two double cheese burgers without the bun, added lettuce and Mayo. I told the drive thru attendant 5 times no bread… guess what bread!! no lettuce and a messy slop of Mayo. I asked the cashier did it gave bread on it ( cause it usually comes in the hot cakes plate when you don’t get bread). She didn’t answer and just turned her back to me. I went inside and said my order is wrong. The cashier said well what do you want me to do. I asked her if I could speak to The manager she said ok, then said I’m the manager ( yea how convenient. She didn’t ask if she could fix the order just had an attitude. Not to mention they weren’t busy or anything.. like 5 ppl inside And 3 customers in the drive Thur.. I should’ve kept going since the score is low, but I wanted something easy and quick. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I visit this location frequently but today was different. I orderEd chicken nuggets they looked greasy but I still ate them.... the low health inspection score should’ve warn me to keep going but against my better judgement I placed an order.. long behold a few hours later I have food poisoning!!!! It’s not worth it go to a safer place to eat unless you want to run back and forth to the bathroom the entire day! I will never eat here or any...
