McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I pulled up to the drive through at 10:05pm the lady on the intercom said hold please. I sit there until 10:15pm because someone else pulled up to the other intercom and starts ordering their food. Once I see that I ride up to the window to ask why was this. Their were two young girls back there they look at me and walks off from the window after they finished the other person order who was at the intercom. So a few minutes pass and a lady name Ayyana comes and ask what do I want. I explain everything that has taken place and she said so you want to order or na? I order a double cheese burger without onions and a medium fries. It come to about $3 and some change. Go to the next window and I get nasty attitudes from the girls earlier. She wouldn't come to the window and acknowledge me . So by this time it is 10:45pm they finally get me my food and I asked for the manager she says here some mayonnaise. I repeat myself she laughs and goes get the manager. The manager who name is Jasmine came to the window and asks how can she help I explain everything that has taken place since I arrived two of the young ladies standing right by her she talking mess. I placed my drive-thru order at 5:47pm. I pulled up to the pay window and paid for the food with no problems. There wasn't even a car ahead of me. My order consisted of 2 McChickens, a McRib, 2 medium fries, and 2 medium drinks. After pulling up to the pickup window, I waited for the next 11 minutes before receiving my drinks, and another minute before getting my food. Several people placed, and received, their dine-in/carry-out orders before the pickup window even opened for my drinks, and a long line formed behind me in the drive-thru. I checked the bag to make sure there was 5 items in it(a McRib box, 2 sandwiches, 2 fries). They were there, and I pulled away at 5:59pm. My dashcam recorded the entire encounter, and I documented some of it on my phone as well, making sure to show the receipt and the time. After I got home, I opened the McRib box, only to find that they tore(not cut) the meat in half, and placed it on a regular hamburger bun, with the sauce and onions. I attempted twice to call the phone number on the receipt, but after 5 rings, I only got the sound of the fax machine. I will definitely not recommend this store, and I will definitely not be...

Came through the drive through and ordered a large coke, large sweet tea and a large fry. Pulled up the the first window to pay and no one ever showed up, so I pulled forward to the next window. No one acknowledged I hadnt payed. She gave me fries and said your drink will be right up, proceeded to yell and laugh with co workers over tic tok videos. I waited a while and then she tried to hand me an iced coffee, when I said what drinks I actually ordered she informed me of nothing and closed the window. They went back to tic tok videos. I had to bang on the window to get my drinks. I then told her she could return to her tic tok videos now and she told me I could keep on driving. Which I did. Without paying. Simply because no one even acknowledged I hadnt paid because tic tok was more important I guess. Also if you are a dasher, stay away from down town Savannah Mac Donald’s! They won’t give you the dash via the drive thru, but also won’t come to the pick up window. Stood there for almost 45 minutes looking at my pick up order while they laughed and had a great time.
