McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

This establishment deserves less than one star. None of the employees greeted any of the guests in the lobby. I came here before 1615 to pickup an order & after about 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby, no one placed my pickup on their pickup rack. Following another customer’s complaint, Janae went on a loud & unprofessional rant. I refused to oblige Janae in what she was complaining about from her previous interaction & asked her to do less running her mouth & more working so we could leave. Then Janae started referring to us insubordinately as “niggas” & “mothafuckas”. Please correct Janae!? I’m a proud NEGRA who served as a full time essential healthcare worker & had frequent direct contact with COVID patients during the entire pandemic. While also hemorrhaging & being a leukopenic patient, receiving multiple blood transfusions & undergoing 3 surgeries, I attained a Bachelor’s degree with Honors & unfortunately lost both of my parents. My idea of a support system being all comprised of people from my own heritage, quite frankly bored me to identify with (just to diminish my light 💡 the least). So whatever she had to say can further assist with your Google & Yelp reviews, because her drama only ran my paycheck up; especially considering I don’t even have to work & I’m getting stress free pay regardless. After this Janae refused to release the customer’s food to me & asked me to leave. I left & as I was writing this review in the parking lot, Janae took the liberty to call the police on me. So the officer escorted me inside & she identified herself as the manager, then told the officer that she was refusing to release anymore orders to me. I also left ashamed that she’s claiming to be a part of my heritage. I’ll definitely be escalating this up...

If you want decent food like what's on the mcdonald's menu, COOK IT YOURSELF. People who don't care about employment work at this location. This was my first time coming to this location. I came inside this store early December 2014. Before entering, a seated employee was on a cellphone staring at me and my relative as we migrated around the side door to enter. While resting at a table, I noticed playing among three of the employees, two were leaving to the parking lot and the third came from the kitchen looking back at me shortly but then joined the "fun." (Of course, none of these employees in uniform greeted or asked if we're ready to order.) On route from near the restaurant's bathroom, we'd to pass her, and my relative smelled cigarette smoke on her. At the counter to order, I was looking at the overhead menu to decide what to order. Immediately, a young, slender male came from the back and gave me the side eye and silence. Simultaneously, a young female at the drive-thru gave me the same. After noticing these actions, I proceeded to look at the menu to decide what to order. Then the silenced male came to a register as if ready to take my order, then noticed my focus on the menu and decided to walk away. Then I second that notion and left the same way my relative and I came. The same employee that were staring at us continued as we left, so we had to wave back. No, she or any of the employees knew us. Complaining to a manager was a waste of time: "I assure you this won't happen again," no response when I inform him or her of these reviews. Don't waste...

The female cashier was making my mcflurry they're was a little mishap with their machine where my spoon became stuck in the nozzle where it was all wet and messy and so was the cup my mcflurry was about to go in the manager had the audacity to give it to me with ice cream all on the outside of the cup and everywhere so when I said I wanted another cup he gonna ask me why do I want two I said no I want another cup so he gave me a new one that's what the cashier was going to do but kind've rebuked it alway and that's when I asked for another cup so after that I asked for barbeque sauce like three four times this man "the manager" had asked if I had chicken nuggets so I repeat myself again and he gave it to me when I came a day before and asked for BBQ sauce the girl gave me two with no problem it wasn't a song and a dance but you a manager giving it up like this you don't ever in your life have to worry about me coming up in this particular establishment ever that's why this location rating is a 2. Whatever when it should be a 1 and this place is filthy I'm surprise I didn't see a roach the health department needs to visit...
