My visit was the worst I've ever experienced at this location. I hadn't stopped at this location in almost a year. I walked in and was in total shock at what I was seeing. The interior had definitely dropped below previous maintained standards of what I last experienced.
The interior was obviously unkempt and basically so were the servicing team who worked there. No one seem to be in sink with each other's knowledge of what this franchise "store" had or if certain machinery worked or when did certain machinery stop working. I felt so out of area simply because this specific franchise store accommodated the surrounding area, however, from eye view it appeared to have never existed in this area where it is. I stopped for a simple icecream cone and instead I was told that "someone serviced their machine and installed the wrong "part". Now perhaps that's the same issue that so many other McDonalds franchises are experiencing with their 🍦 machines?, however, this specific location had never to my knowledge 🤔 had these problems simply because the Manager at that particular time seemed to show and took pride in her establishment and seem to take care of whatever problems existed, and she handled those problems so well that they were hard to detect by walk-In customers.
While there I personally witnessed the Manager reprimanding an employee in a manner that should have been private in her office and not in view of other customers.
Also from eye view it was very visible even for someone with a lens prescription "such as I have" to miss all of the wrong in this store. It is not a good look for this particular McDonalds. It was obvious the Manager definitely did not have her team in mode of wanting to be there or knowing how to represent the business they worked for, because that was displayed through all of their actions.
The only suggestion I could possibly offer is that every single employee working at this store and specifically including the "Manager" should be sent to whatever training for his/her specific duty and how to provide service for any customer walking in.

Read moreThis store closes at 12am every evening. I drove up to the drive through so I could get my reg. soda & hamburger@ 11:54pm. I kept saying hello well over a few mins and no one answered, however the other car in the other drive lane was also ordering, so I figured my lane was broken and so I drove up to the window ahead of the other vehicle still in the other drive through lane. I waited at the window another 5 mins before anyone said anything. It was now 12am. The guy finally comes to the window with someone else's food, and I'm like I've been trying to get someone to touch in through the drive-thru that I was in and nobody was answering. And the guy was like "oh yeah we close at 12:00." a.m. . I was like "well I was here at 11:54 p.m. I was actually here the same time the guy behind me who's waiting for his food was also ordering." And the guy was like "oh we're not taking any orders anymore." I was like "you guys stay open till 12:00 a.m. you're supposed to take orders." He stared at me,& I asked to see his manager. I waited another few minutes before this girl name Gina gave me a bunch of excuses- she said " we stop taking orders at 11:50pm, it is just the two of us, and the last excuse, we don't have anymore food.." I was disappointed at the poor responses and unprofessionalism displayed, since 3 cars have been waiting outside to get taken cared of- but these people didn't care to go the extra mile. Read moreI have given this one location numerous chances to get it right..... I understand that you have young people working here. Which I feel your pain knowing the headaches that it brings management. That in no way excuses the poor service & the I don't care mentally. Every person who comes through you place works hard for their money. Just last night I tried to give them one last time to get it right. I ordered my food & only got half of it. I had to wait forever (as usual) There was a long line already going (as usual) so I did not want to hold it up digging through the order. I guess I should have😞 So this location will NEVER get another cent from me!!! I called the store & the manager was apologizing for this & tried to get it corrected. That was nice of her but it is not worth my time because this location will never change.(sad to say) It is very hard to find a young person who really wants to work I get it but that's your job as a manager to ensure that they do. I have gone to the drive thru at 10:50pm told were closed go to Wendy's 🤯 drive around the front of the building to see the workers outside smoking/vaping yelling & cussing at each other. Of course I know NOT all young people are this bad. Good luck finding that diamond in the ruff. For me & my hard earned money I will....as they so nicely said.....go to Wendy's or another place when I get off a long day of work & can't make a dinner...
