McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

I just had the worst service from this location. I placed an order for a 6pc happy meal with a strawberry shake as the drink and a small frappe. I drove to the first window and the young lady greeted me and took my payment but did not provide me a receipt. I drove to the second window to pick up up my order. When I arrived at the windows, I hear the young girl cursing the young man working beside her. Her exact words, “Fck you btch” she handed me my order. I noticed the strawberry shake looked like vanilla so I tasted it and it was vanilla. I told the young girl that it was vanilla and she turns to a young man and says “she said this not strawberry” the young man preceded to say it’s strawberry but it comes out that color. Arguing me down. I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie instead. The young lady hurry and gave me the drink fast trying to rush me along. I asked for my receipt and the price difference. The manger, Angela said “ I’m not trying to steal 10 cent from you and asked me to pull up for the receipt” first off, if she owns this franchise, god bless it going forward. But before I pulled up, I told the young lady at the window that she needs better customer service if she is going to work with the public. While I was waiting on the mgr to bring my receipt out she storms outside and said I threatened the young girl. NEVER happened. I asked for my receipt and she said I’m not giving your receipt or $. I called the store three times attempting to speak with someone above Angela and I was hung up on twice. I called corporate and I am awaiting a call back regarding their manager stealing my money. I will never patronize this...

To say the least, I am extremely disappointed in this location. I know this looks excessive, but all is true in the 29 minutes I spent waiting for my food. I ordered my food at the Kiosk and no receipt. When I asked for my cups and gave my order #, I was accused of lying because I gave the wrong order #. 687 but it was 632. Go to get my drinks, ALL soda was flat and no tea. I asked for someone behind the counter to get my Tea, and I was greet with a finger point to the soda fountain area. The drive through worker was up front cutting up with the off the clock associates, and even had the audacity to tell a paying customer to "Please hold on ma'am asking for soda refills from behind the counter so he could talk to his friends. There is ZERO Management present. Another customer asked for Manager but nobosy ever came...he left without a refund because it wasnt worth the 3 dollars he said. There were about 7-8 off the clock associates hanging out and super rowdy in the seating area at the counter. Zero of the work associates were attentive to the 10+ of us waiting for our food. When my food was ready, It was slammed/kind of tossed onto the counter with a half name call. Jay order. My name is not Jay, it is Jeremy. Its GONE...

This location is a few blocks from our house, is super convenient, and we avoid it at all costs. It has terrible service, is inconsistent and the one thing we can count on is that they will almost always get something wrong. Usually, in the drive-thru we are asked to pull up, even for normal menu items that aren't special order or even if there's no cars behind us. ?!?! The employee turnover seems super high. Over the last ten years, we've seen managers come in who run it great for a little while but it doesn't seem like this location can keep any consistency for very long. It may get a spurt of good service for a short period of time but then it's right back to terrible service, terrible food, terrible attitudes. We've even had a manager give us a bad attitude before when she gave our small child a frozen coffee drink instead of a frozen chocolate shake. This store just seems doomed with bad judgement, inconsistency and the inability to create the great team and good service that several of the surrounding stores have been able to do. We avoid this store if possible. Sadly, we usually drive out of our way to another location to get our McDonalds food instead...
