I went to a hiring event at this McDonald's. I walked up to the counter and told her why i was there, she told me to have a seat at the both where another girl was waiting. The interviewer came over and asked for the girl that was sitting with me at the booth. I thought ok, well i must be next. I watched as the other did her interview and then she got up and left. I waited for interviewer to come get me when another lady sat down and proceeded to have an interview. I asked the girl at the counter (the one who told me to have a seat) if the interviewer was going by a list or did we just go up to her. The worker told me to sign my name on the list. Now im sitting here wondering why you didnt tell me that to begin with. Another lady came and sat with me waiting to be interviewed, but then she decided to get closer to where the interviewer was. When the interview in progress was done, the lady that was sitting with me and then decided to move up ran up and sat down. I got up and walked out. If tou are going to have a hiring event you should have a sign stating where you need to sign in and you should go by that sign in sheet. I felt completely disrespected...

I think the latest to go was Mr Harvey? I believe...and he was very professional...when telling me he will miss seeing me in the mornings, as he was resigning. Its heartbreaking that companies like this don't try to keep employees...when its a very small task to make them happy and appreciated enough to stay! He ALWAYS checked my orders...made sure it was right before he handed it to me and always had a smile on his face!!! He took pride in whatever job he was doing at the time. Already miss him as the staff thats there rn are unprofessional, short and unfriendly to say the least. My order is always wrong now...except when the employees that have been there a while make it. Read moreThis location is having a list of issues lately. One day the dining room door is locked, the next it is open for business. It’s troubling when your trying to not use the drive thru that employees will instantly begin yelling out the drive thru window with absolutely rude language. Everyone understands that during Covid things have changed, but rude behavior is never acceptable. If your employees do not understand that it’s your customers that keep their pay checks coming, you should not be dealing with the public in any manner. So many have forgotten or just don’t care that we are all people just making it thru the day. These individuals that can’t behave civilized should be replaced, with unemployment at record levels their should be someone out there that would love to fill there shoes.
