Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Georgia

Normally we would not complain, but they need to organize their online ordering process so that they can complete online orders in a timely manner. Their current set up is not respectful of their customers. So far, we have been waiting for an online order that was supposed to be ready over 40 minutes ago. If we had known it would take over 40 minutes, we would have come 40 minutes later. They just keep on serving people in line and never do the online orders. That is not right. They could do an online order, then an in person customer order, and go back and forth. They are just simply not doing the online orders. Another idea would be to come up with an alternate way for the dedicated online order person to make the food without having to work around the employees working in person orders. If we could get our money back we would and take our business elsewhere.

I am not one to usually post reviews but after my last experience I felt I need to help them hear from their customers to improve. I understand this location is new and there is always a learning curve, but after coming here opening week and two other times prior to last week I see nothing has improved. They need to spend some time training the employees and understand the menu items. It should not take 20 minutes to do about 5 orders because they do not know how to make what people order. Food had been par at best, long way to go from what I typically expect from Moe’s. Not sure if there is a manager there or not as I’ve never seen anyone that acted in charge. I think this is a big part of the problem is lack of supervision & management. I hope that this location can get their act together soon otherwise I do not see them staying in...

I'm sure there is a way to get a good meal from this place... However, the chipotle method of getting a bowl and picking all the raw healthy ingredients you enjoy and assuming they will taste good backfires here. Onions and bell peppers taste like veggie flavored water with zero grill or carmalizarion flavor, black beans are unusually low on flavor(and I barely got any of them), and the pickled jalapenos are gross(literally didn't know that was possible). Also, the portion size is small; I had to say, "can I have twice that much cheese?" in order to get a normal amount of cheese. I did have one single bite that stood out as good, it was adobe chicken, cheese, sour cream, and mushroom... I guess thats all I would get on my next order here. Also guac with chips was solid.
