Mr. Eggroll Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Georgia

My family and I have been ordering and eating here for over 4 years, since we moved to Snellville. The food had always been perfect and delicious...until this past weekend. We went inside to order our dinners and placed the order to go. The food took maybe 15 ish minutes and then it was handed to us. Since we have NEVER had any issues we trusted it was fine and went home. As we were setting up to eat and watch a movie for the night I handed out the food and one of them didn't look right. My husband had his food, very disappointed by the way, and my order was completely wrong. So I call up to the restaurant to let them know and the lady that answered told me that I was wrong and they gave me the food I ordered. After a few minutes back and forth with this lady she finally says "Well what do you want me to do?" I said ma'am I would like my food that I ordered and she says very rude fine come back up here. At this point I was already so mad due to this lady basically telling me that I'm lying about my food and what I ordered. I will NEVER order from this place again, the food that was correct was disgusting and my husband couldn't even eat his because it was just nasty, plain and simple, it was gross!! I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant and why it has gone downhill but we will not be back!!! Save yourself the trouble and pick a highly recommend Chinese restaurant, not this one!!! Btw I ordered Hunan Chicken and what I got was a plate/serving of something someone just through together and didn't care. We wasted $50 for our meals to be thrown in the garbage. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CHINESE RESTAURANT, TRUST ME...

Under new owners. I miss the original owners because they follow directions completely when I request the exact way I wanted my rice made. Their chicken is way better than the original owners. For bean sprouts and hot oil. They charge me $4 extra. @_@ but I wanted it so I paid for it.Last time going there they gave me egg foo yong with no gravy. They did not forget to charge me but they forgot my gravy and I called to let her know she apologized and said next time I give you extra gravy 😂😂😂 I just ate it as is I did not want to drive back. Please...

My family has been ordering from Mr. Eggroll for years, but this is the first time we've gone there in-person. Of course the food is great, some of the best Chinese food in Atlanta. That's why we order from this place often. But going in-person, I like the calm, peaceful atmosphere, although admittedly, a lot of that was probably the fact that it was a very slow day when we went. Still a very nice atmosphere, though.
