I hate to do this but my experience here was terrible I must say something. Please listen to the reviews about POOR service. It is very true. This was my second time going there and the service was poor. The ONLY reason I returned is because my best friend wanted to go for her BIRTHDAY. We had a party of 6, 2 people got their food and appetizers at the exact same time. The other 3 came about 45 minutes after. The 6th person never received their food and said it was because she ordered last.... So that makes it okay to try and bring her food out AFTER everyone is checking out? Okay. Also, the waitress literally forgot to take the last personâs order. We decided to leave and go to another place to celebrate and it literally took her 45 minutes to check us out because she kept messing up our tabs. On the menu it says 18% gratuity added to bills $20 or more and on the front table it says $35 or more the person who never got their food had gratuity added and her bill was less than $20 and when we asked why was gratuity added the manager rolled his eyes. I forgot to mention he tried to shame her into still keeping her food when he brought it out 2 hours later and we were already checking out. Why did we pay gratuity for a service we didnât receive is beyond me. Why we saw the manager more than we say the server is beyond me.    Read moreGreat customer service from the manager at the bar tonight. He was a bald gentleman with a purple polo on. I didnât catch his name. We were visiting from out of town and needed a quick bite and drink. I was a little suspect as the area itâs located in is a lil sketchy, super busy, rolling with lots of youngsters and people already drinking and driving. The restaurant was super busy. We walked to the bar and was almost immediately greeted by the manager. We placed our order and I was happy to learn they have margaritas to go! Plus! Plus! I ordered the red beans and rice and the hulk frozen beverage. It came with my choice of meat. I chose chicken tenders. The manager told us it would be 15 minutes or less and we went to our car to wait. It was maybe 7 minutes, and we saw the manager come out with our food. I was in shock! I had already had two poor encounters since we checked into the hotel. I immediately dug in. The food was piping hot. It could have used a little more seasoning, but considering all I had all day was a salad, I gladly gobbled it up rather quickly, so this wasnât a deal breaker. I used to live in Atlanta and one of the reasons I moved was because of the poor customer service I saw and received at so many establishments. It takes a lot for me to leave a review. I ordered the same exact fried shrimp basket I'd had a couple days before, and what I received was terrible. I wanted to send it back, but time did not permit. I ended up getting a to go box and never finished it. The day before went from large, perfectly fried shrimp to bite size, overcooked shrimp. Shrimp is a safety net, go-to. Like, who can mess that up, right?! Especially when it was already good once, I thought. WRONG! I don't like dining in inconsistent establishments. I like to know what I'm getting, especially if I frequent the place often. If there are different types of food cooked throughout different times of the day, that may help explain that. But, if that is the case, the servers need to be advised to advise the customers of such to avoid disappointment to us all. How do you think their tips are affected when a customer is disappointed?! I showed my Husband the food, and he said somebody was hating on me in there! It wasn't funny at the time, but I can laugh at it now. I haven't been back...
