I've been coming to this particular location for years and always on Sundays in the morning. The experience has been really poor and I feel compelled to write something about it.
Really wish I could give 0 stars due to the deplorable customer service I received today. I went into Starbucks, while waiting for my father to finish his oncology appointment. I simply ordered a blueberry muffin after waiting for about 20 minutes I politely asked one of the employees my wait time before she could answer, another employee who said she was the manager interjected and began being very rude rolling eyes talking loud and being completely belligerent in a store full of people I stated several times I wasn't speaking to her and she continued to talk once she was done being rude she proceeded to instruct another employee not to give me my order and call security once security arrived he immediately stated I was being aggressive which was by far from the truth. Im so thankful that another employee(Toni) and a by standing customer was there and immediately came to my defense. Emory should be ashamed to have someone of this low caliber working there. Read moreI visited the Starbucks inside Emory Hospital three times. I thought well maybe... This time will be different, c'mon just give them one more chance. After the third time, I'll keep my money in my pocket Thank you very much for nothing Starbucks. Each time has literally been horrible. Seriously... No joke. Everytime I ordered a drink it was really watered down and my pastry was greasy and tasted like it sat and sat and sat again. Literally, this was the worst Starbucks I've ever went to. Plus it's so sad because most of the staff and patients families have no other place to go to grab a frappe, hot coffee, tea, ect., Don't waste your money and save your wallet and visit another Starbucks outside of Emory Hospital. Shame on you Starbucks in Emory Hospital for making the Starbucks Brand look cheap and tasteless. YUCK!! That is unless you enjoy a water down drink. 🤢 Update; When I "tried" to click on the link that Starbucks sent in their reply. Nothing happened, just like their watered down drinks. How can Starbucks ( inside Emory Hospital) sell watered down drinks to it's customers. Which includes the nurses & doctor's that save lives...
