Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

They delivered last week without ringing doorbell and left the pizza on the ground. I had 3 mediums, cheese sticks, and a cookie covered in ants. I called to inform them of what happened and accepted a credit trying to be reasonable when I should have just gotten a refund. When I called today I was told the credit wasn’t there, then was transferred to management who says it was only for three mediums. Again, I tried to go with the flow and accept the pizzas. It gets here, I pay the delivery fee and tip the driver. I open the box and the cheese looks strange, moist and broken up.

I have been coming to this place for years and not sure what’s been going on lately, but there have been too many consecutive offenses this past week for me to keep giving it the benefit of the doubt anymore. I just wanted to share a quick concern about my recent experience at your restaurant. The person at the reception showed an unnecessary attitude. He never mentioned that customers shouldn’t cross a certain line or area—I was simply standing at the entrance near the reception.

Instead of politely saying something like “Can you please wait there?”, he pointed with one finger in a rude way.

Please train your employees on how to complete a simple transaction at the counter. I order for pick-up and am told they don’t have my order. Every single time this happens but only at this location. My wife was told that no one with that name had an order and sent back into the rain. Then I had to come into the store, behind the counter, to point out my pizza was sitting right there ready.
