Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

Decided to order a pizza for my family and I was quoted 20 mins for carry out I arrived at the store 40 mins after placing the order and it wasn't ready so I waited another 25 mins and when they finally brought out my food they handed me the wrong pizza I ordered a simple cheese pizza and they somehow messed it up I asked to speak to the manager and was greeted by the store manager Nick who said they could remake the pizza but it would take another 30 mins but the most alarming part was this man smelled like he just climbed out of a dumpster I mean the smell was overwhelming and brought tears to my eyes I declined his offer of remaking my food since he clearly doesn't practice personal hygiene I came to the conclusion that I didn't want him touching anything that me or my family would then eat when I told him that the remake wouldn't be necessary he got an attitude and told me to stop wasting his F-ing time and stormed off to the back so i just took the wrong pizza and threw it the trash can outside the store and ordered from Papa johns I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this store for your own safety and I will also be contacting the health department first thing tomorrow morning then calling corporate I have NEVER before seen a manager so out of touch...

I ordered 3 pizzas online, paid for them and scheduled pick-up. I then drove to store #106 to pick up my pizza at 6pm. The doors were locked and no one responded when I knocked on the door even when they should have been opened until 9pm. There was one employee that I could see so I knocked more. No response. I then began knocking louder then banging on the door...... nothing from the employee. Then another customer showed up who had also ordered on the app and she was really pissed and started pounding on the door. Finally this kid came to the door and we asked him what the deal was and he said is manager had been in the bathroom for 15 minutes and that he was new and he was a terrible manager. I love Pizza Hut pizza but this was ridiculous. Lots of other options out there. The best part was he said he would just credit our credit cards for the orders ????? I am going to have to go back by there and make sure that happens because I don't believe someone that would just close the store 3 hours early to follow up and actually do their job....

I ordered pizza from this location on September 15. My order was never delivered. I called and was promised it would be made fresh as it had been “forgotten” by the driver. I said I would just have my husband come pick it up instead. They assured us it had just been remade and that we would be refunded the delivery and tip charge. The pizza wasn’t remade. It was cold and old and unfortunately we had to toss it. My little kids wouldn’t even eat it which tells you something. I was never refunded ANY amount of my money- not even the tip or delivery fee like promised. I called the store several times, five to be exact, only to be put on hold and my call never returned. I actually emailed corporate TWICE and both times I was assured I would receive a call back within 3 days. It’s been a month and zero resolve. I understand things happen and restaurants are short staffed. However, I don’t understand being lied to multiple times, essentially stolen from, empty promises and absolutely zero customer service or concern. I will never eat...
