Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

If i could give this place 0 stars i would! Twice i have ordered from the rincon Pizza Hut and they told me they delivered after multiple times giving them my address. Both times the delivery driver calls me and can’t find my house and after i give them my address again they say I’m sorry we can’t deliver you are out of our drivers zone BY 1 MILE. The assistant manager was the delivery driver the 2nd time and hung up in my face. I called the store and talked to the store manager and she said she would call her assistant manager and hung up. I then called back and the assistant manager (the one delivering my food) answered the phone and said she just got back to the store and she couldn’t deliver my food. I asked her what time do they close and since it’s 10:00 pm at night what would they do with the food? She said they would trash it. (Are you kidding me? All these kids starving around the world but you can’t deliver 1 mile out of your area when the worker placing my order said you could deliver to my address!) I went in to pick up a carry out order. They were backed up due to being short handed. My order came out wrong. I ordered the ultimate cheesy pizza and received a stuffed crust. I let The cashier know that this was the 4th time I’ve tried to order this pizza and I’m always told they ran out. THIS time I was told corporate discontinued it along time again. As you see in the picture it’s clearly on the menu. I asked to speak to the manager who told The cashier he didn’t have time to come speak to me, yet he had just spoken to a previous customer who also had a complaint. He was being very short with his employees and not friendly at all. Totally unacceptable by a manager. I was given the district manager number and told there was not a corporate number. Obviously there is. I had already paid for my order without being notified that I would not get what I ordered and no compensation was given, since well the manager did not have time for me as a customer. A1 customer service I don't eat out often, I really don't eat out at all, but my kids do all the time so my big thing is the customer service, and when I say pizzahut you guys are on point especially Sherry the nicest employees I have ever spoken with on the phone I was going to complain about cheese not being a topping I do still kind of think it's ridiculous but hey rules are rules and Sherry let me down in the most nicest way ever I didn't even get upset about it, and she promise me that the average cheese pizza comes with a generous amount to satisfaction and that she will also personally make my pizza herself and surprisingly it was, and I was so tempted to try a slice because it looks so delicious, and we not going to talk about the driver that girl came to my door with a smile on her face and I was very happy to give her $5.22 for a tip and it was my last but I didn't mind giving it to her...
