Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Rincon

I am in town for Christmas and I decided to pop in since I work for Papa John's back home. I was greeted by loud music and nobody at the counter. I had to ask 4 times what the specials were because the young girl that finally decided to come to the counter obviously could not hear me over the music and I could not hear her, and she did not even know the specials on top of that. I asked her to turn down the music and did so acting disappointed. my son took a minute to tell me what he wanted which only irritated her more, and the other guy looked even more irritated that was on the make line. after ordering we went out to my truck to wait, then go back in only to get my pizza with no Garlic Sauce and no Pepperoncini peppers...which I remind them that needs to be in the box. obviously none of them remember their training videos because with every hand tossed and pan, its gets a Pepperoncini and a Garlic Sauce. apparently the Rincon, GA location holds Effingham Counties reputation for working kids that have no respect and no customer service skills at all, they would not last a second at my location and the volume we handle. I give them two stars because the pizza was hot and did look presentable and the driver that helped me with the Sauce and Pepperoncini was amazing. That guy needs to be promoted. Merry...

This by far the very worst delivery experience I have ever encountered. We ordered a pizza to be delivered. We were told 30 min. 1 hour later no pizza. We called the store and were told the driver had delivered it to a lady outside the apt that told him her husband had called. We contacted the Restuarant and were told by the manager that the driver delivered it to the correct address and we were not due a refund. We offered to even come to the store to see if the driver could verify that the only 2 people in the apartment were not the ones he delivered to, only to be told by the manager if we came up to the store he would call the police. Not only was he rude, he was gonna call the police to a paying customer who was just trying to rectify spending 25.00 on 1 pizza that I did not get. I will never purchase another Papa John's pizza and my advice to someone who does would be to either pick it up or DO NOT pay over the phone. I am not sure if the employees are thiefs or there truly was someone in the parking lot who scammed them. But their lack of trying to fix the situation really makes me feel like the employees of Papa John's in Rincon may have a scam going. 1 star is way to much to give this shady...

Two pizza's were ordered correctly through the app based on the order confirmation email I received.

Both pizzas on the order were made wrong.

The first large three topping was supposed to have Italian sausage, mushroom and spinach. It had those toppings but also had anchovies on it.

The second was a Specialty Garden Fresh pizza which had all its veggies and I elected to add sausage and anchovies. The pizza had pepperoni instead of the added sausage and no anchovies which I presume ended up on my other pizza above.

I also used/wasted $10 worth of Papa Dough on this screwed up order as well so I certainly hope someone is going to make this right?

Both pies also had a smashed burnt looking edge on one slice like maybe the oven door was closed on both of them during baking.

I have ordered from this outlet several times and everything was always as expected but the last 2-3 times our orders have been wrong, this last one being the worst.

I tried contacting corporate and using their complaint/feedback options on their website. Don't bother. No one responds. I won't order Papa...
