Tonight, I had the worst Chick-fil-A experience in the 20 years Iâve been patronizing this location. Iâve spent thousands of dollars here, spent multiple family dinners/nights. Our children who are now in college used to play on the outdoor playground they had long before this place was renovated and this? I took my young daughter out for a last minute treat at 8:30ish tonight. I ordered a frosted lemonade and a cookie. What occurred upon retrieving my order was nothing short of shocking given the high standards that Chick-fil-A upholds.
I made a simple request. May I have whipped cream on my frosted lemonade? The employee told me they canât put whip cream on those. I said, âYou canât? I have gotten it on these before.â He asked the manager (Eden) who was standing next to him whether they put whip cream on them and without looking at me, the manager stoically replied, âNo.â He turned to me and said âno, we havenât done that.â I asked if they could. He then asked Eden if they could. She reluctantly took my drink out of his hand and quickly sprayed whip cream into it, mumbling to herself, and still without looking at me. Another employee saw Edenâs reluctance and murmuring and started chuckling at her unwarranted frustration as it happened and asked Eden, âWhat is it? What?â Eden then quickly handed my drink back to the employee to give to meâŚstill without looking at me. At the time, I had no clue she was a manager.
Needless to say, this is NOT the Chick-fil-A customer service profile that makes them so great and trustworthy. But it got worse!
I asked the employee who the manager was and he pointed to Eden. I was shocked. I asked to speak with her. She stepped outside and for the first time looked at me. I told her that I was a customer of nearly 20 years. I expressed that she was dismissive. Her reply was a tight-lipped, âOkay.â I told her she was rude and that this was by far the worst thing experience Iâve ever encountered at Chick-fil-A. She delivered another tight-lipped, âOkay.â And I ended with, âAnd the worst part is, you donât care.â She followed it up with another, âOkay.â She walked back inside unapologetically. She did NOT care. And sheâs a manager?! Not to mention the Christian values they uphold and is this not the holiday season or âgood cheerâ?
This speaks volumes about the owner, if this is her/his choice of manager. All this over two squirts of whipped cream?
20 years, thousands of dollars, hundreds of family dinners later, this is what I get? We will never purchase anything from here again! One thing I know⌠Eden...
Read moreI have been at chick-fil-a on the regular and have never been treated with such disregard as I was today at 2:12 pm here at the chick fil-a at 78. Iâm am highly disappointed. After back to school shopping with my my 3 children I planned a fun lunch here. What I encountered was not a pleasure. I stood at the counter with my three children I waited to be greeted by an employee to take my order. Minutes passed and employees bustled by, but no one said âwe will be with you in a moment.â One employee even came to the register didnât acknowledge me and clocked in. Sydney finally arrived and she was still being asked questions by fellow outside employees coming in. When she finally was ready to take my order I spoke clearly and slowly and had to repeat myself more than once. I was rudely inturrupted by another employee after the second item I was ordering and her attention was taken away again. I am shocked at the disrespect of the front end employees to me as a customer. After finally completing my order I was told my sauces would arrive on my tray and they did not. When my food was delivered there werenât any sauces and the employee delivering asked me again what the sauces were. I directed him to the employee that took the order and he still came back because she didnât remember. Upon sitting down to eat my now cold food I decided to review my receipt and found the order was rung up wrong. I asked at this point to talk to a manager. The manager on duty Sydney Frazier was very calm and listened to the situation as I tried to clearly explain what happened. She empathized saying she understood how frustrating it must have been and was sorry I felt that way. She asked what she could do to make the situation right and I asked she correct the mistake on the receipt. She offered to refund the order and get the missing kids toy. Then the manager said ânot to offer up an excuse but you came at a bad time for us.â It is 2:12 pm. I didnât know this chick-til-a had a good time or bad time for me to bring my children out for a fun day of school shopping and a fun...
Read moreThis was the absolute worse experience I have ever had at a Chick fila. The prime example of you can not judge a book by its cover. I just new I was doing to have a good experience because itâs what expected at 11an order⌠I ordered my same exact order that I get weeklyâcobb salad with blue cheese not shredded etcâŚI received my order and there was no blue cheese. I shook my salad turned it upside before sling an associate to add blue cheese. She stated Dos you order that as she grabbed my salad and proceeded to check. There here she points at 5 dots that look like lint at the bottom of my container. I said those are not crumbles those are five flakes. She proceeds to say them if you want extra blue cheese you will have to pay for it. I said why would I pay for something that is a part of my order, just give me my money back and get a manger. I hand her my salad and card. So this other kid walks up to me Ms says maâam you have to pay for extra blue cheese. I told him to get out of my face and I was waiting on my refund. Then I was approached by Megan. Who did not introduce herself as the manager nor did she manage the situation. She simply walked up to me and said you have to pay for extra blue cheese. I said HiâIâm done this is ridiculous just give me my money back. She said give me the salad back.
STOPâif you were truly managing the situation you have seen my salad and debit card in your associates hand behind you.
I said the salad and card are behind you and the audacity of you assuming that I am taking product and asking for my mom is appalling!!!!!!!
