Placed an order at this location on Doordash for my mom. Came from work tired, heard she didn't get what was ordered. Picked it up, and went to the store. I walked in and the female working tonight (black female) acknowledged me and asked if I was picking up. Before I could answer, she saw the bag in my hand, I guess she ascertained it was a return as it was a subway bag, and her attitude took a turn for the worse, both verbal and body. Now do I care, I give one hoots!! Of course, she proceeded to tell me we got what was ordered and I'm looking at the bare sandwich with nothing on it. The order was very specific yet very simple. We ordered tuna on wheat bread with American cheese, pickle, onion and mustard, thats it! Received: 1 spoon tuna (if that much), 3 haves of the onion ring, 3 pieces of pickle and cheese (See photo taken before I left it on the counter). My mom had apparently called them unbeknownst to me. So when I asked for a refund they said I had to go through the app and when I asked them to remake the sandwich, thats when I learnt for the first time the store ran out of mustard. She rang out, "He told you that on the phone." I said, I didn't speak to anyone on the phone and she responded, well somebody did. All this attitude and you all are the ones that messed up the order. If someone's order is that specific and you don't have what they want, cancel the dang order, it can't get any simpler than that.
Food and attitude, bad combination, y'all will never see me again, I'd rather drive 20 miles to get my mom what she wants, somewhere that's happy...

I told her what I wanted and she did not listen. I asked for my meat, bread and cheese to be toasted. She proceeded to make the sandwich without toasting. I reminded her that I wanted the meat, bread and cheese toasted. She put the whole sandwich in the toaster, veggies and all! She noticed the look on my face and asked if I wanted her to remake the sandwich. I said yes please. That is when the huffing, puffing and the rolling of the eyes began as if I had offended her.
