A soft four stars. Very spacious location for Sri Thai. There are plenty of tables inside and outside on the patio. The decor was a warm yet modern chic. Remember to bring your ticket from the parking deck to get it validated.

We ordered our staple dishes that we've ordered from the other locations: 3 flavor chicken, spicy basil noodles with shrimp, and tom ka kai. There was a mix-up with our order and we ended up accepting the 3 flavor fish that was made instead of the chicken. The presentation was beautiful. The 3 flavor sauce was sweet and savory. The fish had a lot of meat and was on a bed of mixed vegetables. The tom ka kai (pot size) was less sweet than the other locations (which is good!). However, the soup never got hot and was warm most of the time. It also would have been nice if a serving spoon was provided. The spicy basil noodles were good but lacked a bit of umami. It wasn't spicy, but in retrospect, we should have inquired about the spice level (we're usually asked at the other locations). Our favorite part about the dish was the shrimp-- they were very plump.

Overall, Sri Thai still has some of the better Thai food in the Decatur area. There is room for improvement but overall,...

I visited this location for the 1st time on yesterday with my family. The food and service was terrible! I ordered shrimp Thai rolls and chicken Thai fried rice. The rice smelled and tasted horrible! I sent it back and attempted to order a steak salad instead. I was told by the waitress (Nopi) that I would not like the salad and another waiter suggested I order sesame chicken instead. Who are you to tell me what I’m going to like when I’m spending my money?!?! I guess in their minds, the sesame chicken was a more suitable option for a black patron. Needless to say, I decided not to reorder anything in support of this establishment.

If this wasn’t insulting enough, when it came time to pay, they royally screwed up the payments on the tickets. They charged my sister’s card for my meal and suggested she didn’t have enough funds on her card to cover her ticket which was obviously untrue because of a manual error on their end. They tried to rectify the issue by giving us 2 free teas for a table of 4 which we left on the table upon leaving since it’s not something we like. I would not suggest visiting/supporting this restaurant if you want to be treated with respect and have a great...

The customer service here blew my mind! I just had dinner here with 17 other people last night, and the staff treated us like we were the only people there, and they were all smiles while helping us with everything! We were a bit of a complicated group, too. We were there for hours, we asked for help with surprising the guest of honor, and we asked them to hide the cake for us and bring it out after dinner. EVERYTHING we asked for—from menu selections to special requests to a pair of scissors for our decorating—EVERYTHING was accepted graciously, executed perfectly, and caught the attention of multiple guests with their above-and-beyond helpfulness. Arm was our (incredible) server, and he even went outside to watch out for the guest of honor so that the hostess at the hostess stand could film her surprised reaction! We were all blown away by the joy the serving staff brought to the evening. We truly feel they made our special event even more special.

Also, great food! And the music wasn’t too loud, so it was easy for all of us to hear each other. Loved that! This was my first time there, but my husband and I plan to become...

Good value for money. Food is delicious. The portion size is good. Most importantly, I love their service. The staff is very friendly.

My visit to Sri Thai was great. I live in Atlanta, but I work a job that requires travel, so I wasn’t able to make it home until Christmas Eve. My dad drove about 15 hours to meet me for the holiday, his drive made longer than expected by a storm. Since I haven’t been home in weeks, there weren’t groceries in the house, and grocery stores closed early. This was one of the few places open by the time he made it into town. We rushed and made it in about an hour and half before closing and quickly put our orders in. Everything came out wonderfully, no mistakes, and they never once made us feel rushed (although of course we tried to rush ourselves lol). He got the Garlic and Black pepper chicken and shrimp, i got the crispy rice cake appetizer as well as a hand roll and some of the premium nigiri options. We both enjoyed everything we ordered. I hadn’t seen my dad since last Christmas, so having the opportunity to have a nice dinner together for Christmas Eve after we both spent the entire day traveling to see each other really meant a lot.
