Drive thru for a coffee and cake pop. No line, fast and courteous service, order was correct, and straw and napkins with order. This isn't the first time I've been but it's consistent each time. Haven't been inside so can't say anything about that but the drive thru is great unless it's a busy day. It's a bit of a challenge then because they've got a couple of entrances, one that comes from the back around the side and the other that comes in directly in front. If you come in from the back you'll be in the line which is often wrapped around the building. But if you come in the front you'll have to try to merge into the line and since technically the people coming in the other way are already in line they might not let you in and you'll have to either wait until they do or circle around the building and get in the existing line which by the time you do that will have a few more cars in it. Additionally the line goes right down the middle of the parking so if you park and go inside you'll have to deal with trying to back out which means waiting for the cars blocking you to let you out which isn't always easy and sometimes if the line isn't moving the cars just sit and wait. That's one reason I've never gone inside and I also enter from the back rather than front. So other than the small parking lot, two entrances, long line when busy, and deciding if you rather deal with the madness of the line of cars trying to merge or get stuck in a parking place, it's a nice place with great service and the product you'd expect...
Read moreI am so mad RN bc I have to order my drinks at kid temp so I don't burn my tastebuds off of my tongue. My mouth is just very sensitive to hot temperatures. So this is the way i order it every single day at a different Starbucks. But today I was not in that area. So I went to the Starbucks on Sandy Plains and Gordy Rd. intersection. Everything was just great until I picked up my drink and took a normal size sip not knowing that it was so hot. And now my tongue is hurting so bad I can feel the tastebuds are going to start to fall off. So I called them right away to let them know what they did. And they won't answer their phone. I have called at least 5 more times and no answer. So I call the Starbucks that I normally go to and they answer the phone on the very first ring. It's amazing the amount of differences there are between these 2 stores. They are supposed to be the same but the service at the Starbucks on Sandy Plains and Gordy Rd. Is so completely horrible. It's like they are only worried about hurrying and getting the orders out -they aren't paying attention to what the order is. And they have no time to stop and answer the phone. Horrible....
Read moreWanted to come here a few more times to leave a review instead of just jumping to a conclusion on one bad experience but sadly there has been bas experiences 4/5 times I’ve been here. Their line in the morning from 9-10 am is very long. That’s not the bas part.. it’s Starbucks I get it. It’s the fact that you’ll be in line not moving for 25 min even though there’s 6-7 cars. Each time I have ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it has never tasted as good as other Starbucks locations. I think they just hurry so fast they make a sh!t cup of coffee. It might be cause of COVID not many people want to go inside but I’ve read other reviews that even inside it’s not so good. They also have terrible landscaping and the building looks new yet not up-kept at all. This Starbucks needs to check some things. The employees have been pretty nice though however and I do really...
