I am a big fan of Chick fil A usually. But today I had the absolute worst experience at the Lassiter location on Shallowford rd. First, when I arrived, the drive through line was literally wrapped completely around the building with people saying that they hadn’t moved for over 5 minutes. The long line isn’t abnormal, but the wait without movement is definitely not great. When I peeked inside the building, I did see people waiting for their orders but not a long line to order and pay. So I went inside and was able to order right away. Then I noticed that the person who was taking my order did not seem to be confident with the cash register, yet she was handling it alone so I assumed she was trained. Boy was I wrong. I ordered a grilled chicken club with no tomatoes, as a meal This sandwich is supposed to come with cheese and bacon. I waited 22 MINUTES to receive my order. Assuming that everything was right and I was already late for a meeting, I took off without looking into the bag. After getting into my office, I opened the sandwich and noticed that it was a fried chicken sandwich with no bacon, cheese, and TOMATOES! I ordered no tomatoes because I am highly allergic. After I waited almost 30 minutes for food, now I can’t get even eat it because it has tomatoes. I will NEVER go back there. Read moreI am from out of town but when I do come thru this area I stop at the Chic-Fil-A on Shallowford in Marietta. The last 3 times I've ordered from here what I ordered was not what I got. Tonight my order (order #6928828) was so messed up I decided to call. I explained I went through at 06:11:45pm (May 28th). Advised the ordered was correct when submitted to be filled. I ordered a kids 5 piece nugget meal with water and an 8 piece nugget meal with a large fry and a large diet coke. I ordered another large fry and 6 poly sauces. What I had was 4 chicken nuggets with water and no fries. I did not have the 8 piece nuggets and only 3 polys. Oh, I did have the large coke, not diet coke. Seems the person assigned to check orders to ensure accuracy dropped the ball. The only response the young lady had that I was speaking with "I'm so sorry" then dead air. So I just hung up. At that point it was better that I did hang up and not say anything else. I like many others I'm sure are just tired of wasting money and that is exactly what happened. Read moreSo I go to cfa probably 3 to 5 times a week. Mainly to the Northside drive cfa ran by John Diamond. His stores are always super clean and always busy. Plus every employee is antentive to your needs. I never get that feeling in this store(03573). We had to wait a while for them to acknowledge us to get some of the sauces. The employees and manager were leaning against the counter. While the counter person was busy getting our order ready. I kinda felt like the manager is just trying to be buddies with the employees instead of managing the store. This attitude was about the description of the lobby. The floor was really messy with crumbs all over it. There were at least 10 trays on each trash can in the lobby. There were several tables that were in need of cleaning. Another interesting thing was all the people behind the counters in normal clothes. I don't know if they were friends of the employees or what but I don't think it was very professional. Then as we are leaving the manager had left to go outside to go hangout with some more of her friends instead of managing the store. I love cfa and this one is really ran below the chick fil a standard. Maybe they need better training and need to go shadow some of the other stores. Excluding the Roswell road location...
