I ordered a grande hot drink with 3 long shots and extra of oat milk through mobile order. When I picked it up, it was made iced. I politely told them it was supposed to be hot, and they agreed to remake it.
But when I received the drink again, it was given to me in a mini cupāeven though I clearly ordered 3 long shots. That amount of espresso needs a bigger cup than the mini one. Three long shots with oat milk do not fit properly in a mini cup. Little bigger cup is the appropriate size to hold that amount of espresso plus milk. Is there anything wrong with my order with grand cup?
I also want to make sure thereās enough space in the cup so the drink doesnāt spill while Iām driving. A smaller cup filled to the top with hot liquid is just not practical or safe.
I pointed this out, and instead of fixing it, the barista acted like I was asking for something unreasonable. I even said, āJust make it simple. Iām not trying to cause troubleāIāve been standing here a while. And thereās is a LONG LINE behind me, it makes me feel bad. I said :āJust switch it to the right cup or add some oat milk or water if it helps.ā Still, one of the staff responded with attitude, saying things like, āall the way up?āin a dismissive tone.
I come to this location frequently, and Iām usually very patient. But this is now the third time my order has been made incorrectly, and the repeated mistakes are frustrating. Iām not making unreasonable demandsāIām simply asking for the drink I ordered. It feels like the staff are ignoring the order details and just making drinks however they feel like it. Thatās not okay.
Please take the time to double-check the order details before making drinks. Iām not trying to be difficultāI just want to receive what I paid for, made correctly, and to be treated with basic respect when pointing out a mistake.
This kind of response is disappointing and unacceptable. I hope youāll address the training and service attitude at this location. As a regular customer, Iām starting to seriously reconsider returning.im afraid of coming back after I leave...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came through the drive through on 8/24 around 12 pm. I ordered a coffee which Iāve ordered virtually a million times. When I received my order, it was incorrect. I politely waited until the drive through employee returned to the window to have the item corrected. The employee told me that I did not request cream and sugar but myself and my driver are 100% sure that we did as I order the same coffee A LOT. She apologized then returned with the coffee but poured half of my coffee out to add the cream that I requested. This was unacceptable as Iād originally paid for 2 additional espresso shots. I returned & went to the inside and explained that I only wanted cream/sugar/flavor added & that I had already made room for the cream & sugar so there was no need to pour out my coffee and shots. The young lady from the drive through then walked away from her position at the window to tell me ānext time make sure you ask for itā. I was floored as she was not a manager and had no reason to be talking to me again. I informed her once again that I asked at the window. She then proceeded to tell me that none of the other staff heard me ask. At that point I felt as if she was attempting to gang up on me to prove her point. Please inform your employees that operating in their own self interest is not what they were hired to do. The proper response is to simply apologize and remake the coffee. There is no need to be passive aggressive by pouring out half of my coffee or calling me a liar and saying that I did not make the request. Simply remake the coffee to satisfy the customer. The customers interest should always come before your desire...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI complained at the drive through window that my order wasnāt made correctly. The employee debated back and forth with me that the label said it was. She finally took it back and handed it to someone and said āshe said itās not rightā with this smug look on her face. After hearing some laughing and joking in the back ground, someone remade it. After drinking about 1/3 of the drink, I notice a long red hair in my cup. There is no doubt in my mind one of the employees put the hair there because they, for some reason, was offended I said my drink wasnāt correct. I will never buy anything from this particular Starbucks again. And I would advise the same to everyone else. Iām sure this wasnāt the first time. I reported it to the corporate office so hopefully they will find out who the person is with the dyed Red hair working there putting foreign objects in...
