UPDATE: 9/4/25 I paid my last visit to this location yesterday. The past 5 times I went through the drive-thru, nothing was right.
Yesterday evening, I pulled up and ordered a Cajun filet biscuit. There were no vehicles in the parking lot but I could see one at the drive-thru window and one pulled ahead of that, obviously waiting on their food. I was asked to pull into a parking spot where my order would be brought to me "in just a couple of minutes." But that couple of minutes was actually 18 minutes! It appeared that no one was actually being handed their order through the window, and again, it was not as if the restaurant was busy. After my 18 minute wait, I was handed a very overcooked piece of chicken on a biscuit and a sweet tea instead of the unsweetened that I ordered.
Here are a few other experiences there in the past year.
I ordered just a large unsweetened tea and paid with a $10 bill. And then I was asked if I needed change back! What??? You are thinking I am going to leave a $7 tip for a not quite $3 order? Especially when all that this person did was hand me a tea, which when I pulled away and took a sip, found out that it was a diet soft drink.
A careless cashier dropped a dollar bill and coins when giving my change back. All I got was a "my bad". No offer to replace what he dropped. I was told that I could pull over and go get the dropped change!
Person at the window was wiping his nose with an ungloved hand. The same hand he was going to hand me my food with.
I visit this location a lot and while their biscuits, especially with pimento cheese added and their sweet tea are fantastic, the customer service is seriously lacking.
Three times now the persons at the drive-thru window have just grabbed my card, handed me the food and my card and barely mumbled a thanks. About a month ago I picked up biscuits for a friend and told them I wanted 3 bacon and egg but with no cheese. Two were right, the other had cheese on it which my friend can NOT have due to severe lactose intolerance. I went back through and explained this and was horrified when the biscuit was snatched out of my hand with obvious annoyance AND THEN a female working near the front unwrapped the biscuit and started just wiping the cheese off with her fingers, wrapped the biscuit back up and was going to...

I limit what I buy and ingest at Bojangles because they have No regard for salt / sodium count and use MSG on some of their foods and because of Celiac my wife can eat one item here and we are both T1 with me in the 2017 New Flu, Virus Induced Heart Failure. I ordered 3 wings, large mash potato and large slaw and biscuit. I did not order sausage gravy on my mash potatoes but like always at every Bojangles, they put it on them anyway. The standard container of mash potatoes and slaw are too small for one person and Overpriced. What they jokingly call large is a little too large for one person and way too expensive. The wings had been cooked for a good while. The Big Negative: They DO NOT carry Coca Cola Product but a want to be soda so either bring your own bottle of Coke products or stop by Quick Trip or RaceTrac on the way (also getting crushed ice) or get your food to take home. To save a lot of money and have True Carbonation we keep a small cooler in the car for going out dining with Coca Cola Caffeine Free Diet Coke, Diet Dr. Pepper and Fresca. No Coca Cola is just the worst. Prior Visit: Nice and Clean....
Read moreOrdered 2 combo meals. Price said over the speaker seemed higher than expected. Each drink was 3 inches short from the top of the cup - as if they'd put a small drink in a medium cup. Examined receipt at home and called store because each combo was up-charged .89 for Medium Bo Rounds we didn't ask for. I wondered if they automatically up-charged every time so I'd know to tell them not to next time. I called at 10:28am. Google showed they were less busy than usual so I thought it would be a good time to call. I told manager I had a question about additional charges on my receipt. She said they were "busy in the middle of lunch" and I needed to call back later. I said I thought she'd want to know that extra charges on cards were being made and she said to come back up to the store with the receipt and she'd refund the extra charges (she still did not even know what the extra charges WERE - but didn't seem surprised that there were extra charges). I told her I couldn't drive an extra 20 min to bring the receipt when I just had questions about why it happened that she could answer over the phone. She said "fine then just call back when we're not so busy" and...
