Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

I am livid right now with my current experience at this location. To start, I placed my order online (as I've done before) with no problem. Two foot long subs which were already paid for and expected to be ready at 9 o'clock. When I arrived to this subway it appeared to be closed so I walked up to the window only to see the cashier closed down and cleaning for the night. Doors locked and lights off. This was at exactly 8:54. I also noticed that the sign on the door says closing time is 9pm vs 11pm that is listed on Google. I was knocking on the door so that I could see about getting my money back since I clearly wasn't getting my sandwiches. I at least wanted my money back... so the cashier continues to ignore me with no type of acknowledgement at all! I also called after thinking she didnt acknowledge me for her security just to get ignored again. I have yet to speak to someone about this but I've decided to NEVER support this location again simply for the fact of how this has happened and because the same cashier who decided to close the store early and ignore a paying customer is the same cashier who gave me the worst attitude during my last visit to this location. Ordered two 12 inch sandwiches. The bread was doughy. I couldn't put anything on my sandwich because the toppings were so bad! The lettuce was brown. The tomatoes were mushy. And several toppings that are normally on the bar were missing. One was spinach. Ended up with just meat bread and cheese. And let me just say. I love Subway. I am allergic to soy. It is one of the few places I can safely eat. But this one needs to have corporate to come in and check out what this place is doing with their reputation. Very...

This location is usually out of something when I go there. One time they were out of lettuce the next time the were out of the bread I wanted. I was there in late afternoon both times. There is a Publix next to this store. You would think if they ran out of an important product as lettuce they would go to Publix and buy some. I have stopped going here and now buy my subs at Publix. I do prefer Subway over all other sub shops and probably will visit other...
