Employees and manager Very rude. This was my first time at this store. Store number #4351-0. I asked to use the restroom which states paying customers ONLY. The manager rudely told me to go to another store if I need to use the restroom. The cashier proceeds to tell me that they have been robbed. A situation that has nothing to do with me. I am a loyal patron of subway, I have never been treated this poorly. I demand that these employees change their outlook on the community in which they are serving. It’s not fair to hard working people in the area to be forced to experience this type of treatment from a company which we look to for higher quality of customer service. Read moreI went there to get a tuna sub on my lunch break. 2 people behind the counter, one grub hub delivery guy standing by the door and then myself standing at counter to order. Neither one of the ladies greeted me when I walked in. I stood there for a while before asking can someone make my sub sandwich? I was told that she was baking bread and she couldn't assist me. The other lady had her ear buds in so the lady had to tap her. So I asked her could she make my sandwich and she said no I'm doing online orders. Imagine for small cucumbers on a footlong. Then they say restroom is it of order. They don't even have a sign on it. And all the workers just sitting down in the lobby playing in their phones.
