Truly awful service. Would give 0 stars if I could.
What’s sad is, this used to be the best Taco Bell I’d been to. Most of the time the food was fresh, but lately the service has been so horrid that I ended up having to leave empty handed.
Last week, I went through the drive through and was told “unfortunately we’re only accepting DoorDash/UberEats right now, it’ll be about 30 minutes.” Once before this had happened but the wait was only 15 minutes and they were back up, ready to take orders, so I waited. I keep seeing different people pull in and back out, time and time again, until eventually an hour had gone by. I tried the doors but they were locked. I had seen a few cars pull forward and wait, so I figured they were finally ready. “We’re only taking DoorDash and UberEats right now.” So I asked for some clarification, and explained that I’ve waited an hour, and they said “oh we’re wanting everyone to mobile order right now.” The light came on: the wait time for MOBILE ORDERS was 30 minutes. I asked them to clarify that they were NOT taking any drive through orders for the rest of the day, and they confirmed that was correct. That should’ve been way more clear, like, posted on a sign. Whatever. I pull around to a spot to text my wife that Taco Bell wasn’t in the cards, when I noticed someone pull in the drive through and PLACE AN ORDER. I watch the next person place one, and the next, and, dumbfounded, got out and asked one of them to roll down their window and asked them if they’d just ordered. They did. Not mobile, just regular drive through. So I get back in line, five cars in front of me. All of them got their food while I was stuck waiting at the drive through station. Finally someone says, “thank you for choosing Taco Bell, our wait time is gonna be 15 minutes.” That did it for me. And I wish I could say that was the only time that something like this happened. But again, tonight, not a soul in line, the wait time was “15 minutes,” so I waited at the drive through station, and they came back a minute later and said, “is there anything else I can help you with?” I told them I was just gonna wait there, and they said, “you can wait in a parking space but you’re on a timer in my drive through, please.” I left.

Was told they were out of the chipotle sauce for the burrito I order and asked if I wanted spicy ranch on it instead. I told them sure. When she told me the price for the order I noticed she charged me for the sauce. I told her that if she was going to charge me I did not want it. She apologized and took the charge up. Went up to pay and was asked to pull around. I noticed they did this with the car in front of me too. I pulled around and there was an employee out in the parking lot at someone else car yelling and using the F word every other word. I sat in my car for 15 minutes before I went inside to check on my food, the car that had been in front of me was still setting in the parking lot waiting as well. When I went inside I mentioned that I hadn't gotten my food and would just like my money back. The girl told me she couldn't give me my money back because once food is made they can't do a refund. I explained that my food had not been made and had not been given to me so I would like my money back. They said they would have to get a manager, and I said please do. 20 more minutes and they still refuse to give me my money back. The lady how had been outside yelling, screaming and cussing finally comes in. At this point there are probably 15 people inside waiting for their food. Some like me had been there for half an hour or more. It turns out the lady that was outside was the manager. When the girl told her that I wanted a refund she stormed off to the back. When the girl went to look for her again she had go out the back, gotten into her car and left. I'm still being told they will not give me a refund, even though they had not yet made my food. I drive for door dash and the app I work off of instructs me on instructions for pickup per restaurant and for this restaurant it instructed me to not go inside to go thru drive thru so I did and when I got to speaker I told them I'm door dash picking up they instruct me to pull to next window and I had a car in front of me already which they took 5 full minutes to clear then I approach window and then told I had to come inside for door dash. Please note they had no more cars in drive or in dining room. I pull around and park and went inside respectfully asked for manager and when she acknowledged me after a few minutes standing there I ask her to update with door dash that way this doesn't happen again then she argues with me that this is the way it always is and walked off. I was only customer inside or out and then had to wait 6 more minutes for an order that was suppose to be ready when I got there. They could have told me in drive thru but let me wait after telling me to pull to window but didn't then made me wait inside another 6 mins after disregarding my concerns. This is how I make my living and to act so unprofessional while intentionally making me loose time is not ok. I won't ever deliver from that taco bell again and soon enough door dash won't offer delivery from places like that bc it's being recorded.
