Groove Burgers — Restaurant in Georgia

Good burger! Excellent onion rings. Excellent location for the movie theater!

I have to admit I was slightly conflicted by this review. Candidly I would probably give it three stars if it weren't for the excellent service and quick response on issues.

The burger was excellent The meat was hot and juicy and the toppings all fresh and flavorful. But for some reason the buns were cold, like they had just come out of the refrigerator. Kind of expect them to be warm.

The onion rings were super delicious. Not heavily breaded and flavorful. But I did have to send back the first order because they were also a little cool. Not piping hot. But our excellent server brought out a fresh serving immediately when I asked.

In general the service was excellent. The food was a little slow to come out. But we got free refills while we waited!

The overall atmosphere is casual. There is a nice little outside dining area and the inside is clean but not fancy. Good place for a family dinner or a casual gathering.

This is not a cheap burger place. About nine bucks for a burger plus extra$$ for a side and drink. So till my expectations are a little high...

The service takes this place over the top. Everybody was hustling and our server was extremely attentive. So that makes up for the other issues.

This is in the shopping center with the movie theater, and parking is plentiful.

We had are first bad time last night love this place we been hands full times and they always been Busy most of the time we go on Saturdays-and they be people outside eating inside full house but last night they had a full house on the inside and waitress was bad my boyfriend sit there for over 10 minutes without anything in his cup not even ice! She was doing work some what but we made eye contact with many of time waiting for her to come bc she was at the tables near us and at the bra well she never came sit there needed ranch for the appetizer appetizer got cold bc had sit there and no drink not even ice in the cup! So I see a the girl who sit us down asked for the Manager he was great! She came and got the job done but then the food came out the sandwiches was amazing but my French fries was so hard I could hit it and it made a nose the waitress came back asked how was everything I said I’m not paying for the French fries take them off she tried to replace them but no thank you I was already full the Manager came back to see how everything was and see the French fries was like that told us the food was on them to night! We will be back just because we had one bad time there bc of one waitress bad French fries He redeemed his self by doing that we told him he did have do that but he was like no it’s on us so he is a really good...

UPDATE: JULY 2025 Not much has changed in a year.... Groove is still a great spot for amazing burgers and sides.

Side of Fries were regular cut, salted and nothing special. The fried okra is offered full with their lightly seasoned batter and are light, non greasy and delish. The Southern Boy burger and Firecracker burger hit the spot, cooked to order, juicy, and were inhaled instead of eaten.

Lunch still brings in a busy bunch and the staff is still providing great service. Dining area and full bar were busy but clean. Single person restrooms were clean and stocked.

Will definitely return.

Great burger spot! Joined a friend for lunch. Business really picks up for lunch so the outdoor seating is a great option. We had the Groove Burger, Firecracker burger and Fried pickles. Everything was fresh, hot and the burgers were juicy but not greasy. Fries were a natural cut and perfectly salted.

And our spicy bloody Mary and margarita definitely hit the spot!

Service was great, the dining room and ladies restroom were clean. Look forward to another great...
