Athens Art and Frame — Attraction in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

I dropped off a couple of paintings that I needed to have framed at Athens Art & Frame. One was a gift for my wife for our anniversary. They were supposed to be ready a couple of days before our anniversary, but I didn't go to pick them up until the day of our anniversary so I could give her the gift that evening. When I arrived at the Epps Bridge location late in the afternoon I discovered that there had been a mix up and the paintings were no yet ready. Only one was finished (and, of course, it was not the one that was the gift) , and the paintings were across town at the Cedar Shoals Drive location.

I wasn't particularly happy, but I decided to drive to Cedar Shoals to get the one that was finished and make the best of it.

By the time I got across town, they'd finished framing the other painting as well!

I've used Athens Art & Frame many times and always been thrilled with the work they've done, but for me, it's how a company handles a bad situation that proves their customer service and quality, and they went above and beyond to make this customer happy when there was a problem. Athens Art and Frame did and excellent job of reframing three oil paintings for me. The service was outstanding, from the warm greeting when I arrived, to the artistic expertise provided by Olivia in designing just the right frames. The finished products looked amazing -- not only were they beautiful, but the quality of the custom framing was spot-on, very professionally crafted. In fact, it felt like I had totally new artwork!
