Over here it’s very 😳🤯🤯community and family! A lot of businesses have thrive here for years 25+ this is one, families as mine spend a lot of their money faithfully here. This location lacks Bc of the area being upscale and the teenagers not requiring jobs the adults work here. Fortunately, the cashier who was small frame Caucasian lady with glasses and a mousy appearance felt it ok to yell and point at me when I ask her why was she angry and walking away from my food leaving it in the window. At this point she begin yelling and pointing at me jabbing her finger towards me. She said if you hadn’t been on your phone, where was her mask? Now I’m realizing she didn’t even have a covering. Once I check my food, I notice she missed part of my order. I honked the horn and she came back angrily. She gave me the food missed! I ask to speak to management, and how did she feel so passionately, but left part of my order off. she return with none. I had to sit and honk the horn. When she came back A man returned I had to ask him for my receipt as she didn’t provide that either. It’s just going down over here. While he was helpful she made a point to argue sneer and point at me. If this location can’t do better it may be HEXED The obvious is I am a bllack woman on the phone. If that shall be problem and not quality service and checking food mind the fact this is what truly matters. But this is apart of the job. What makes it worse is no one was behind me😩no cars waiting. If there is a timer, I’d love to know. It took more time for me to get resolve which was none honestly. What was left of was gross and it taste like cardboard. Last resort. In this area ppl grow up here graduate from here their children attend high school here. 🚨 this behavior would not have been accepted nor would she have her job had she did this before now to the right one. Read moreThis is some of the worst staff I have ever seen. I have yet to have a pleasant experience with any employee at this location. They are genuinely annoyed by the presence of customers.
Using the mobile app, I can't recall the last time that "pickup at counter" was an option, because the dining room hasn't been open for quite some time. First it was the pandemic (understandable), but literally every other quick service restaurant within a 5-mile radius was open long before this location ever reopened. Now they just finished a construction project, regrading and restriping parking stalls, and the restaurant dining room is closed yet again.
Most people would be understanding of the circumstances, if the staff actually operated the drive-thru during the posted business hours. On my most recent visit, I placed an order for breakfast in the mobile app, and arrived to the drive-thru 30 minutes after it opened. I had already paid for the order, so despite no one answering me at the drive-thru, I was determined to get someone's attention. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and tapped on the glass, only to have someone tell me (while visibly irritated) that he was the only person there and that it would take 15 minutes before my food was ready.
This is the only drive through restaurant where I can expect to never be served at the window. Customers are told to drive around to the front door and wait to be served.
What are they doing here, and why is there never any food ready to serve customers?
Why is the staff allowed to continue to behave in such a way that customers never feel welcome?
When will customers be able to use the dining room again?
