This was my late night go to spot since moving to the area. However my takeout orders have never been correct, but since nothing else is open, I continue to patron thinking they will get it together. I know they charge a small fee for takeout, but I still always leave 7-10 tip. If I pay for chili it's never in the bag, extra pickle for pattie melt it's never there, no cheese in eggs they put cheese, waffle cooked light they burn it, and the list goes on. Tonight I ordered a waffle with my meal. As I'm eating I start chewing something very loud and crunchy, I think it's glass so I spit it out. It's white egg shells that I'm chewing in my waffle. I rinse my mouth to continue eating and again I bite nothing but crunchy peices of egg shell still in my waffle. Yes mistakes happen, but how does egg shells get in my waffle? If egg is used to make the batter, whomever is doing it should be cautious. This ruined my appetite and I would rather go to sleep hungry than to stop here again. BTW customer service standards should be raised for the staff as well. Customers don't want to hear all of their ghetto personal issues or them fuss back and forth with each other about who is going to do what when it's not even that busy late at night. If you chose to work at waffle house to flip waffles or serves people you should be the best at just that! Simply because the people you hate serving or get aggravated by because they interrupted your smoke break, are the same pepole who pay...

Took my order over the phone said it would be 15-20 minutes got to the waffle house 25 minutes after I checked in with her my order still was not ready waited for an additional 25 minutes so now we’re close to 50 minutes since my order has been placed I check up on my order because she seems to be too busy sitting with a guest at a table flirting rather than taking care of her guest. I politely asked another young lady with Pink colored hair who is 100 times friendlier than she was and she said she would check on my order this whole time my food was sitting at a table that had been there since I had checked in with her to begin with the young lady offered to remake my food but I’ve already been waiting for an hour at this point and I don’t have time I don’t appreciate being ignored while you choose to sit and interact with a guest for 10 minutes while you have other customers waiting to Be taken care of there were other tables of hers in her area getting up and asking the front desk for napkins sauces and refills because she chooses to ignore them too . I know we don’t go to waffle house for five star service but this is beyond basic level of customer service having to wait for an hour for what was two waffles and two sausages was ridiculous I left without any food for my kids to bring to grandparents house...

To please my mom I jump in the car and drive there. It’s 3 miles away. I arrive abs much to my surprise the place is empty. Not a customer in site. One female Employee was washing dishes. The other two employees was sitting the customer seating section. I said hello I was expecting a big crowd since you didn’t Answe the phone. They ignored me. I said again. Y’all don’t answer your phone. The employee section said no we don’t we’re shortstaffed I totally ignored that comment because you’re not short staffed at this time but instead I said I would just like to place a to go order I started saying what I would like after no one acknowledged me and the girl washing the dishes said she’ll help you in a minute pointing to the other female employee who was sitting in the customer station that is when I said never mind I don’t want anything I want to go somewhere where they want customers and have good customer service. These three people do not deserve their jobs. They should be fired. I suggest you have the district manager review the cameras and see just how lazy they are.
