Asian Express — Restaurant in Lawrenceville

Ok so I ordered about 58.00 worth of food for my family because my back was killing me and I didn’t want to be in my feet any longer. I was tired of papa John’s so I decided to get Chinese. Well, so much for that.

First off they over charged me. Now mind you it was only by an extra scoop which is $1.65. But if you think about it and they’re skimming 1.65 from every customer…. Bottom line- it all adds up.

Anyway, you know they saying “you get what you paid for.”? Well this is the epitome of the saying because the food was absolutely disgusting. The rice was flavor negative, the chicken did not taste like they cleaned it.

I would not recommend anything from here. Listen, the crab ragoons were cold. Didn’t even eat the mushroom or pepper steak chicken. After a couple of bites I was over it. Smh a total waste of money. DO NOT COME HERE! I called in because I was looking for a website so I can see a menu, when I called in they indicated no website, that’s fine I went in to get a paper menu. When I walked in there were seats but put up and it looked empty and everyone was standing In line to order. I asked for a menu and it was behind like the jailhouse glass with nasty fingerprints on it. I called in placed my order, and was asked 4 times my order. I was ordering shrimp fried rice, 2 orders of crab rangoons and a small fry. He then hung up in my face after I gave my phone number. The customer service here is horrible! My husband is a very kind man and he greets them and they won’t even acknowledge his presence. Then when you order certain people get served the bottom food, which is hard and old crumbs, and others get served from the top which is fresh. You can figure out who is served bottom food. But anyway I told my family to never patronize this company ever again. I also am heavily influenced in my community and I don’t recommend giving them a dime. They need to at least have the decency to treat customers that kept them open before, during, and after COVID with respect!! There are to many restaurants in Lawrenceville for this low level...
