I was simply looking at lashes, something that caught my attention, when the cashier came up right behind me and just stood there. When I asked why she was behind me, she said she didn't want me to steal. Do you know how humiliating that is? To walk into a store to shop, minding your own business, and be treated like a criminal for no reason? We argued because I refused to let her make me feel small. I came in to buy something, not to be followed around like I'm guilty of something. I ended up buying lashes I didn't even want just to prove a point to her, that not everyone is the same, and that I have money of my own.

This entire experience left me angry, embarrassed, and honestly disgusted. I for 1 am NOT a thief. I am a paying customer who was disrespected for the color of my skin. I will never step foot in this place again.

And yes I was treated like this by the new owners...

I SHOP AT THIS STORE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. I CAME IN ON 03/06/18 AND PURCHASED $20.00 WORTH OF PRODUCT. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME I REALIZED I DIDN'T HAVE ONE OF MY ITEMS. I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY 3/7/18 WITH MY RECEIPT SHOWING THEM AND TELLING THEM I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEM. THE ITEM WAS ONLY $1.99 AND THEY WERE NOT WILING TO REPLACE MY ITEM. THE $1.99 IS NOT THE PROBLEM BUT TO ME ITS THE PRINCIPAL YOU WOULD RATHER LOSE A GOOD CUSTOMER THAN REPLACE A $1.99 ITEM. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS...

Clean. The owner or employee speaks well. Plenty of parking. Rated 1 because I have noticed on more than one occasion that the owner/employee…literally from behind the counter get out of his seat. Lean over the counter and watch the customers as if we are thieves. This makes the shopping experience for me unpleasant and uncomfortable. I will not be spending any more of my money here or wasting the gas...
