Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

Ordered: steak and eggs and grits my daughter ordered cheese steak sandwiches no bacon double meat my food came I didn't order cheese on my hash browns but there was a slice of cheese slapped on there and two slices that I also didn't order slapped on top of a cold bowl of undercooked grits that was hard and lumpy we didn't get the water we asked for my daughter's food came with the bacon she asked not be put on her food we dont eat pork my daughter sends it back and the cook brings it back asking if she was allergic to bacon we repeated again we don't eat pork and again he was like but are you allergic cause he simply took the bacon off and was very loud and indignant as was like so I really have to make a new one my daughter said I'm not eating that he took it and gave it free to a man sitting there and him and the waitresses was loudly arguing about the situation I refused to eat the grits while waiting on my daughter's new sandwiches I look around and noticed for the first time how FILTHY this store was there was food trash and utensils all on the floor the waffle area was so disgusting and overflowing with dripping mix the place was dirty I get up walk out my daughter was so mad I was disgusted felt ill ....the food never even digested I three it all up I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN the food was terrible the place was filthy and the customer service was terrible I love waffle House but after this I'm done not just this location but all waffle House locations...

So my sons and I went here for our tradition Thanksgiving. We don't stay close at all. It's about a 45-minute drive from our home. I picked this location because out of all the years of living here in Georgia. This is the only waffle house that has the highest level of customer service. I'm not saying others don't have good customer service, but this particular location is a one every time. We walked in, and it was very crowded as expected on Thanksgiving. The whole staff greeted us very promptly and seated us very promptly. Julia comes over to the table and says hello Good Morning gentlemen and Happy Thanksgiving. My sons and I reciprocate Good Morning and Happy Thanksgiving. She was kind,nice,professional,and detailed. Our came out faster than expected and correct. Julia constantly checked on us and asked us how our food was and if we needed anything. She kept all our beverages refilled without us even asking. Everyone on the staff was in a great mood smiling. Talking and assisting each other cleaning cooking and hosting the atmosphere set a great tone for every customer from my perspective. To have a great and enjoyable Thanksgiving with the waffle. House crew and family, it's one I'll never forget. Thank you, guys, for all you do. My family and I greatly appreciate you all at this particular location and at the waffle's corporate location.JOB...

Food was great, only reason i wont give it more stars is because who ended up serving us made it feel like they were skipping our table on purpose? I say that because we sat down and then then two other groups bigger then us (we were 3) sat around us and they all got their orders taken and some food served before us. Our server was very nice and helpful though, our food was great and warm. The other reason for no more stars is also when it came to check out, the server was falling asleep by the register and other staff has to help me get their attention. Maybe they were having a long day which would be understandable, but regardless all our orders were served exactly how we ordered and everyone was still nice and there was definitely a good vibe around the area and within the staff. I would definitely come back and would recommend this location for anyone whos passing by or looking for somewhere to eat on a...
