This is a 2 part review: I hate to do this but, this has to be done. This particular location is the worst. I mean in reference to the food, service and over all experience. How or why is it acceptable for not only the cashier or team member but, also the shift manager to use foul language while speaking to a customer. Thing is I first began taking my youngest to this location 10 years ago. Funny because, I only had to order 1 leg, mash potatoes and green beans which turned out being the light of our once in a blue moon date. This helped me in making my little ones day. More recently I had become overly ill (being a cancer patient). This in turn forced me, on some occasions to rely on a purchase from fast food chains. Let's be honest it is also feasible when feeding a family of six. On one eve, while I had overdone it on a family outing. I asked what everyone would like to eat? My four, all agreed to KFC. Upon our approach to the drive-thru speaker. The team member initiated the order process by stating the kfc welcome. I began to place my order. Starting with a 2 pc $5 fill-up box, she advised there is no such thing as a 2 pc $5 fill-up box. I then asked for a 2 pc combo meal with a sweet tea. The cashier asked, what to drink? I began to state sweet before getting out tea she stated that they didn't have any tea. I began to order the sides and before I could state what I would like she interrupted by saying what else. My oldest became agitated. I then tried to defuse the situation by asking to speak with the manager who had by this time chimed in over the speaker. Being that her approach was as bad as the team member I told her, I was pulling to the window. When I pulled to the window both the team member and manager both began to yell, along, with my oldest, who, in my opinion, as the customer was entitled to feel disregarded. As a customer wanting to patronize a restaurant which we had never had a issue with ever before. This was by far the worse experience. When I been to...
Read moreI went in to order because I wanted to take a minute to decide what I wanted. There was one family in front of me that had just gotten there and they had not been helped yet. We all stood there for a good minute or two before anyone even noticed we were standing there. When the cashier came over he mumbled the entire time. When he got done taking the family's order, he wandered off again. He finally got the family's order together and they weren't happy with one of the items, so they started arguing with the cashier and still mumbling, he argued back. I then stood there for another 5 minutes before the manager, not the cashier, came over and took my order. I could tell he wasn't really listening though as he punched in mac & cheese instead of the corn, I actually ordered, and then asked me to repeat my order and fixed it. He then punched in and handed me, two medium drinks even though I said large drinks. Fine whatever I wasn't going to argue like the family before me I just wanted to get my food and go because by this point I'd already been there a good 10-15 minutes. Aside from my drinks, I had also ordered 3 sides, corn being one of them (all to go). I continued to stand there for an additional 20 minutes while they filled order after order from the drive through and helped two customers after me. They then told me that out of the three sides I'd ordered we were waiting on the corn of all things and that it would be an additional 3 minutes. The food upon getting it home was not seasoned at all, it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. Not worth the wait.
TL:DR - The staff was disorganized, mumbled the entire time I was there, and the food was not worth the exceptionally...
Read moreVERY DISSAPOINTING!! My husband and I went here and got two colonial chicken sandwhiches came back home and instead of a chicken filet they advertise on the sandwhich we received two dried out chicken tenders on the sandwhich. We have not ordered these before and were unsure if this was correct because the sandwhich did not look as advertised and it says chicken filet. We called and asked if a filet or tenders are suppose to be on the sandwhich the women said tenders are suppose to be on the sandwhich. We then called another kfc and they said no it should be a crispy chicken filet. We also wanted to order coleslaw they didn't have it asked for hot sauce they didn't have it and clearly they are out of stock on the chicken filet for their colonial sandwhich. Management that is ordering inventory for their store needs to be more accurate on their inventory orders so they can serve the custumors with the menu items they advertise. Will not be coming here again! But the women who took our...
