So today 5/27/2021 I was meet with the rudest most Inconsiderate store manager that I have ever came across in my entire life. Met with nothing besides attitude her name is Danielle and when asked for a receipt she had denied me a receipt for a rather large order. I had just called to speak to her supervisor and was met with more Hostility that continue to keep on going until she slammed the phone on me. Each time I have been nothing more than nice and when I had realized that I was not going to get anywhere with her I asked her who her supervisor was she informed that she was I explained that Iām well aware that there is a corporate office for every company or a owner or a direct supervisor then she gave up Judith Hernandez as the Dm when I asked for her contact information just email since Iām well aware that you canāt give out phone numbers to your hire ups but a email is perfectly fine⦠once again was met with more hostile force. I had picked up breakfast for 12 people today including my self, but itās a much larger company who has 53 stores in multiple states and as a store manager I canāt believe that someone felt that this lady was fit to be in a leadership role! If you donāt like your job then find something that is better fit for you something you enjoy. I never ever leave a bad review but the Wendyās website and here is where I am asking for a response from you Judith Iām sorry but this is completely uncalled for⦠one last thing the lady with the blue in the braids in a bun in the back, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You were nothing besides helpful great customer service they promoted the wrong person to Danielleās position you should be there thank you again. Judith Hernandez I hope to hear from you soon I will be contacting the store on a daily basis until I can reach somebody other than Danielle thank you. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location is not ran well at all. It hasn't been ran well for several months at this point. Last year, I went through the drive thru, this was at a time when mask were still required. A male employee came to the window that appeared to be in management, as he was directing several employees, he had no mask on. He took my money, gives my change, turns around, sneezes hard as ever while standing over the Frosty he was fixing to complete my order. I could not see whether he was directly over my cup, however 2 days later I was sick for 2 1/2 weeks. Thankfully, it wasn't COVID. So I stop going to Wendy's all together.
About a month and a half ago I started going to this location again due to convenience. Nothing is better. It is worse. Since Sunday (today is Wednesday), I have been there on two occasions where there has been a sign up on the drive thru speaker stating "Temporarily Closed" that was Sunday around 11a.m. and today around 7:40 a.m. Monday, they had NO EGGS... I settled for plain sausage biscuits and it took over 7 minutes for them to serve. Yesterday, Tuesday went around 9a.m. there were 2 trucks before me. One had already been pulled up, another truck was making an order when I pulled up. The trucks order flashed on the screen before my order was taken and he ordered 2 BEC Combos. When we pulled around they were trying to pull him up as well and they were handing receipts or papers of some kind and the pulling him up. The young lady had a paper ready for me but because the truck in front of me couldn't move up anymore I just had to sit. She just went back in the window and let it close. After sitting for about 2 minutes I pulled out as I needed to get back to work. Today, around 7:40...there was one car there and there was a sign up stating "Temporarily Closed" again. What happened/is happening with this Wendy's???? This place doesn't even deserve one "ā" at this point. I even took my daughter and son there last Friday in mid morning almost noon to get jobs and the doors...

Havenāt had an experience like this in quite a while from the other Wendyās places Iāve been to. It woulda been fine if the mistake they made was honest and all but clearly, they were giving me a bad attitude about the order.
I even heard one of them angrily thrown the sandwich away and then mutter about how they had to redo the sandwich. Way to treat a paying customer! To paraphrase, ālettuce, tomato ketchup and whatever.ā All because I said how I wanted the double cheeseburger to be, and even pointed out the mistake on the receipt I got when they showed me the order. They still proceeded to do the order completely wrong even after I told them multiple times what I wanted. The cashier didnāt seem to care at all either or want to listen to what I had to say. Iāll give āem this, they did offer to redo the sandwich but the anger I saw from them and how they were talking smack behind my back made me want a refund right there.
So I got a sandwich full of mayonnaise and they tried to pull a fast one on me and I called them out right there and then demanded my money back. They really need to improve the customer service here big time. No excuse for this. The last time I came here and ordered through the window they did my order the first time so I guess maybe it was a different crew on board today. Who knows! Thatās why I didnāt give this place a complete one but yeah. Very unhappy with the BS I experienced today.
