Well; just when we thought that having a broken sign for over year above the restaurant was the worst thing about this Wendy's; news flash, it's not. This evening, we arrived and we're greeted with a 30 minute wait just to order. Mother's day there was no cheese in the entire restaurant. Today, we where told, they did not have most of the drinks on the menu, which is weird by itself. After ordering, we waited another ten minutes while staff played on their phones in the drive-thru while things were in total disarray. When we finally got to the window, the staff was clearly annoyed, and felt justified in projecting their frustration outwardly onto us. The lack of communication, dismissive tone, and actions seemed to be fitting, and consistent as of late. After getting my food, I made sure to check the bag which looked too small to properly contain my order. To say, I had zero confidence in their quality control is a major understatement. While checking my bag, I came to see that my Baconator fries were wrapped in Seran wrap. When did Wendy's change their packaging? And how did I miss the commercials where this was indicated? What's next, making me carry all of my food home into my cupped hands? It wouldn't have been half bad; had they not placed the fries into the bag on its side. The guy handed me the bag and immediately, left the window; refusing to look in my direction, or return to the window. I gently, tapped my horn, and gave a one-eye raised look directly at him; daring him to ignore my staredown. He took a deep breath, and opened the window. I just showed him the "thing," from inside of my bag. My expression asked, squarely; why my food did not have a top on it? At first, he stood there like a deer in head lights. This apparent trauma response soon turned into this confused, uncomprehensible look like he could not understand why I thought a plastic top for my Baconator fries was important. He then muttered, "Oh; we ran out of tops." With this Wendy's, that's understandable, but why was this not important enough to mention? They mentioned not having soda flavors, or not having most of the lemonade flavors? If this place remains open for business throughout the spring, I'd be shocked. I'm done, so done. These problems need to be immediately addressed or this place needs to...
Read moreWORST CUSTOMER EXPIRIENCE i have EVER had. I said no cheese, MULTIPLE times, and they put cheese on my burger. "no big deal" i think to myself, so i pull over and walk in to get them to fix it. I am immediately told "sir you cant be in here we are closed inside. I say "I was through the drive through my order is wrong." and held up my bag to show her. I was going to suggest that i can wait outside while they fix it but the manager says "i don't care you still can't be in here its the rules you gotta go outside and wait in line." I respond "it took 20 minutes for my food waiting on 4 cars and now I have to wait possible double that for the cars extended out into the street now? I just want my order remade." she accused me of cursing at her which i didn't at this point. I don't take well to false accusations so i get heated from here on. told her i was shocked shes in her management position and im just asking her to do her job. she said"i want you to do your job and wait in that line." I said it's not my "job" to wait in that line im a customer and i already paid i just wanted my burger remade, speaking of i just want a refund now. She denied me my refund so i tossed the bag over the counter and walked out. The entire time she didn't try to defuse the situation or help me all. all she did was push my buttons and try to play some weird power game with me. She was super condescending and snarky the entire time with a chip on her shoulder and i have never seen such unprofessionalism in a work place. Neeever coming here again. This is the manager in question she refused to give me a name and her coworkers were just laughing the whole time. Who the hell owns this place how do you filter your employees? is being able to breathe and being rude as hell the only requirements you have? unbelievable that such a simple situation had to be blown so far out of proportion. "i'm sorry we'll get that fixed right away. we are closed inside would you mind waiting outside while we fix it? someone will bring it right out to you" is aaaaall she had to do. its so... so simple. so simple. now "so simple" has to involve corporate so i can get a refund. Also, for your unfortunate future customer's safety, make your employees wear gloves when handling food. This is...
Read moreI would not give this Wendy’s even one star. I pulled up to the restaurant at 8am after waiting for almost 10 minutes in the drive thru to place my order. Once I finally was able to place my order the person who came on the speaker you could barely hear. I pulled up to pay and said hello to the cashier she did not even speak to me at first, then after handing my card back she said move forward and we will bring out your order. There was not another vehicle in line or in the parking lot. I waited over 15 minutes and finally decided to go inside to find out why it was taking so long. I tried to open the door but it was locked I then went back to the drive thru window and knocked. Finally someone came to the door and I went in my order was sitting there and one girl came up to me and said the eggs were not done this was almost 20 minutes later and there were no other customers. I asked for a refund and the person working in the kitchen said to me she was not giving me a refund and started to raise her voice to me and told me she was not dealing with me. I asked for another manager a lady came from the back both of the employees who I tried to speak with were covered in tattoos that is my only description because they were not wearing name tags. The Second Lady from the back said we don’t give refunds. At this point the way they acted towards me was very aggressive and I started to get a little nervous. I told her if they did not give me my refund of $24.87 I was going to call the police. Once I told them that the lady that came from the back asked for my credit card to give me my return. The smaller lady who was very aggressive said she was not putting her signature on any sort of refund. I was actually nervous to give them my card for fear they would steal my information on my credit card. I finally got my refund and walked out. I would never ever go to this Wendy’s ever again. If the owner of this particular franchise does not watch what is going on there I seriously doubt they will be open much longer. This used to be a nice Wendy’s with great service that is no longer the case. If you want terrible service and to even fear your going to be attacked by the staff and waiting close to 30 minutes with no food this is...
