i’m never one to make reviews and i still won’t leave 1 star but i had kinda the worst experience just now…i ordered a $6 biggie bag with a bacon double stack, and when i took a bite of it my mouth was on fire. i went back in and asked them to remake it, got back to my car, and my mouth was on fire again. i was very confused so asked my partner to try it and even his mouth was on fire, which isn’t correct for that burger. i searched their menu and the only thing it could have been was the GHOST PEPPER cheese and i said that to them, and they said they accidentally grabbed the wrong cheese twice because it looks the same and is next to the regular cheese. the lady who helped me was VERY sweet though and gave me 2 free milks and a bun to help with the spice since i’m extremely sensitive to it and was crying by burger #2. burger #3, after they realized it was wrong, was correct. they gave it to me for free and all was well, but maybe they need to organize a little bit better. glad i wasn’t allergic or i...

One visit, I waited at the actual drive through mic for 10 minutes. After finally ordering, the payment portion went well of course, but the second encounter was much less desirable. I was never greeted, but instead had my food nearly thrown in the car. During this same visit, they fixed my burger wrong. When I told them they told me to check my friends bag for my food and then switch, but of course I insisted on a new burger. MY BURGER. So glad the food was cold and my tea was sour after all that. On maybe 3 past visits, I insisted on no cheese on my burger and got cheese every single time. I have easily spent a combined total of many hours waiting either in my car or actually inside to order or get my food. Countless times my food has been cold, soggy, or plain nasty. Read more1 star is only for the quality of the food, which is usually good.The customer service at this location is awful every single time - worst of the worst. They always mess up my orders, get food items wrong, etc. Once had to go thru the drive thru line THREE times before they gave me the right food. I recently I ordered thru the app and hoped that would be easier to get the correct food. I ordered on the app and selected to pick up in drive thru. Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. The lady on the intercom rudely asked me my name 5 times and then said “we don’t have that. Go inside”. Had to pull out of line and walk inside. They only then put the order in que.
