Worst Wendys ever!!!bad attitudes an customer service!!! Hire people with class please. It’s not that hard to be nice!! Why are the fry’s half way for a medium. Ur drinks r watered down!!!! And u even have a manage fixing sandwiches, who don’t have on a head set. An made the worst looking sandwich!!!! Worst place EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!
Still the worst place to go. They hire the most hood rats I have ever seen. Rude. Even management is rude an unprofessional. Someone just used my card. An they say they can’t do crap about it. Ur tone an reasoning is a no go for me. Hire better. An do something about taking stolen cards !!!!!
I stop here almost every day for my kids a treat. I am thinking about not ever visiting this location again. Rude. An no emotions. Don't ever greet at the first or second window. No napkins. Roll eyes when I ask for ketchup. Don't make sure I'm ok before I leave. An slam the window. Always quick to shut the window when u r asking for things. Just rude. I'm getting pissed writing this. I'm an asst. At a restaurant. An if my ppl did that. That would be looking for another job. Please get friendly ppl or retrain ur staff how to treat guests.
12/5/2020 Today we had a problem with a young lady name Hannah. All she had to do was give us spoons. U want to sit there an argue about sum spoons. And get smart. That will not be tolerated. Her customer service suck. Ur manager was at the front counter, an u mean to tell me u guys allow ur employees to be disrespectful instead of ur lazy managers coming to do something about it. Read moreI went about 30 minutes or more before closing. I didn't expect much and that is what I received...not much. The options were very minimal so I selected from what was available. The customer before me ordered most of what was left so I selected the single combo and a single with bacon combo. After waiting several minutes for the employee come back to the intercom to finish my order and I asked to add a chicken nugget combo knowing that could be thrown in the frier (still 15 minutes left before 1am) but I was told they only had spicy nuggets and I wouldn't get the fries because they were out. That didn't make scent to me to pay for a whole meal and not get everything so I settled for a 6 piece. Once at the window I asked for a napkin to wipe the soda off the sides of the drinks and the manager told the cashier they were out. I had napkins in my bag so that was not true. Once I got home and checked my purchase, I see that the single with bacon combo had a broken piece of bacon. It was placed as to where if I checked the sandwich at the window I would assume the bacon was on the sandwich. Read moreI went to grab my mom a bite to eat when I got off of work. I get to the drive through, and I'm told the system is down, but I see people inside eating. So, I pulled to the side and called on my cell phone asking what time do you all close. I was told 10:00. It was 7:59 p.m. I go inside to order, and I hear the workers in the back asking why the door was not locked. They took my order, and the cashier needs to practice her tone when she is taking customers' orders. The workers in the back were unprofessional. As I leave, I see the drive through customers are being assisted. The burger that I ordered was old instead of fresh. This is not the first time I have had a not so good encounter with this Wendy's by Six Flags. A week ago, my mother and I ordered some food and the worker at the window had a poor attitude. She gave us the food with a poor attitude I try this Wendy's again thinking I would have a better experience. Nothing has changed. This Wendy's has a lot of workers I don't know if they're in high school or fresh out of high school, but they are young and need to be sat down and taught how to be professional, polite, and keep their poor attitudes out the door.
