World Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

I used to love going to this restaurant when I moved in the area. The food was good, affordable, and close by. However I stopped going as the quality of the food declined. After several visits I was finding my wings were often broken up, however this was months ago so I figured it was just a bad season. I recently went back and the owner was pleased to see my return. I explained why I hadn't been back for such a long time and then placed my order and the food was of good quality, so i figured id start going back. However upon my most recent visit, something seemed off. The restaurant was empty with 2 ladies at the front counter. I placed my order and sat down. After waiting a while the cook looked directly at me and said "Negra Negra Negra" and laughed as she spoke to the other woman in spanish as if I didn't understand what she was saying. This will be the most honest review you have read about this place. The service was good. No complaints there. The meal was excellent I ordered the 10pc hot wings with fires. However I wanted to substitute the fries for fried rice but that was an extra $1.50 also the wings are very small which is why this place is ONLY worth it if you go DURING the LUNCH special. I'm not upset the fried rice is extra because I know another spot where the wings are bigger and the fried rice is not extra $$ oh and you cant get more than two refills without being charged at world wings.. Due to the lack of meat on these baby chicken wings I cannot recommend anyone go to this place after 3pm because honestly they are ripping you off after lunch when the price goes up. I had good experience at the 1st visit. The popcorn chicken and sweet potato waffle fries were good. That s why I stopped by again today. Unfortunately it doesn’t work out this time. It took me 50mins to wait for my food. Chicken wings, popcorn chicken, chicken tenders and fries plus 2 drinks. That s all I have ordered. They only have 2 people working there, which I could understand. But honestly it is not enough for the guests to wait for that long. I have seen people came in and waited for 10mins and nobody served them and they have to take off. And the phone calls were busy and nobody picks up. The popcorn chicken and wings are so so.
