I really don’t know how to describe my experience; it was terribly bad. If a barber can’t handle the haircuts of three or more people at the same time, PLEASE don’t accept so many clients simultaneously, especially when I made an appointment in advance.
I arrived on time at the barbershop, only to be greeted by an endless wait. After nearly an hour, I finally got my hair washed, but right after that, the barber left to attend to another client who seemed to be getting a perm or some other service. By the time he returned to my hair, he sprayed some water on it – had I waited so long that my hair had dried? I felt utterly unvalued. After two rounds of waiting, the waiting time has exceeded an hour. But the actual haircutting time was less than 15 MINUTES.
After the haircut, I found my collar full of hair, and no one came to take care of it. I tried to tell him I needed the hair on my body to be dealt with, but any attempt at conversation was directly rejected by the barber saying he was too busy. I understand that he’s busy, many people are waiting for his service, and he has a lot to deal with, and he really seemed tired. From my perspective, it’s clear that cutting someone’s hair while dealing with another customer getting a perm is already at his limit, so please, could you politely decline some reservations over the phone? Or at least give a realistic wait time. As a client like me, I paid the same amount of money but wasted a lot of time waiting, and since there were clearly more clients waiting even longer after me, I couldn’t monopolize more of his service time for my personal needs. So, all that was left for me was less than 15 minutes of haircutting and a body full of hair that needed cleaning up.
I sincerely do not recommend this shop to anyone, especially before they sort out the issues with wait times and service attitude.
Update———————————— I saw that the Number nine hair salon was trying to ask for my specific information, but I'm sorry I don't know how to reply to the store's review, I didn't find the option in the Google app. So I updated my review directly. I came on Monday last week. I think the time was in the afternoon, but I don't remember the exact time. I'm sorry that my delayed review caused you trouble about the time and the specific appointment person. I felt bad before and didn't know how to digest the emotional damage that this haircut brought me. A week has passed, and I still feel that the experience made me feel uncomfortable, which is why I left this review. But I think it's a bit offensive to ask about my specific appointment name, but anyway, I did make an appointment for a haircut service in this shop. If you need it, I can even attach a credit card record or other evidence? I'm not sure what I can do to reassure you. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have more questions, please continue to communicate with me and I will reply to your message as soon...
Read moreA few days ago, I visited this hair salon. My husband and I had an appointment for 2 p.m. to get our haircuts. Overall, I am really happy and satisfied with the haircut I received; it looks really nice. However, unfortunately, the service attitude of the hairdresser was not great. Firstly, despite our appointment being at 2 p.m. and arriving before that time, the haircut didn't start until 3 p.m. We had to wait for a whole hour without any explanation. Normally, if there's going to be a long wait after making a reservation, shouldn't they inform us in advance via phone call or mention it when we arrive? Also, when trimming the bangs or cutting hair, hair salons usually use a sponge or a hairbrush to remove fallen hairs from the face, but the hairdresser just used the hairdryer to blow the hair off the face vigorously. Additionally, when blow-drying my hair after shampooing, the hairdryer was directed straight into my ears, causing pain. At the time, I thought it would be okay and didn't say anything, but even now, after a few days, my ears still feel blocked and painful. While I am really satisfied with the haircut itself, I felt it necessary to share this feedback in the hope that these issues will be addressed...

they checked every single expectation i had, roger did my perm and cut while he did 3 other people. multi talented to say the least. i’ve always dreamed of the perfect loose curl but i was born with straight hair, i described to roger with a photo of joey graceffa and a couple words and he said say less- he had my back. just look at my hair after the visit. FABULOUS.
