Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

This has got to be the worst Zaxby's I have ever been to. The whole entire staff is a bunch of young kids that could care less about the customers. To start there was nobody there and they were rude and rushing me at the drive-thru while I was trying to give them my order. When I asked questions during my order all they kept saying was will that be all is there anything else will that be all is there anything else over and over again ignoring my questions completely. When I asked politely did you hear my question, she said yes I heard you will there be anything else, still not answering the question. At that point I just gave up and proceeded to give her my entire order. Upon getting up to the window to pay for my order I tried to ask the question there and was ignored. I requested extra sauce and was left at and ignored. At that point I asked for the manager, he came to the window and cared less than they did and when he walked away they all were laughing about it. 23 minutes later I got my food all thrown in the bag all $57 worth of food just thrown in there. When I got home and open the packages everything was everywhere it was a hot mess and the worst order I'd ever received from Zaxby's.!! Not sure if this is a franchise or corporate run store. Normally go to S. Marietta Pkwy but because they closed earlier then thought went to this one. What a mistake. I ordered and pd for large fries but as you can see in the photo that there was not even enough for a regular size of fries. No seasonings and cold. The texas toast was old not even a little warm. I order a large sweet tea and it had no ice. NO ICE. Really and tea without ice. My son order a mellow yellow and they gave him a zero mellow yellow. He also got old cold fries. I also got 3 chicken tenders. I would have took a photo but didn't know until my son said it was supposed to be 4. Bought the mr beast box we both did and what a disappointing box. Even out candy bar was on the side where the fried cheddar and was liquid chocolate bar. So expensive and not good or editable. If you don't want to serve good food cause it's the last hour then just close. We didn't order the last 15 minutes. It was ordered a hour before closing. The person presenting and taking payment at the window was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She opens the window with no smile, no greeting… just a look on her face that said she was bothered and did not want to be there. I asked for no sprinkles in my shakes and both contained sprinkles. I had to ask her several times if the coupon worked. She continued to jut repeat the total instead of answering my question. After receiving the order she immediately closed the window. I had to wait on her to come back to ask for my recipe, napkins, and a fork. And instead of getting the items she kept repeating they didn’t put them in the bag. I did ask why did that matter if I’m asking for more. My receipt was in her hand bye and nothing I ordered automatically comes with a fork. And there were only 3 napkins in our bag.
