Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

First off, I hate to complain but in my opinion you should have done better. I ordered through drive-thru and drove home, unfortunately without opening the boxes. Got home and there was no chicken or sauce on the nibblerz sandwich. I immediately called the store and told them and asked if they can just refund my card, they said only if I drive back to the store that they could not do it over the phone. I said it is not very convenient as we live 8 miles away but I went anyway. I got there and asked for the manager and explained what happened. He said do you want a refund? I said since I’m already there and I still had a starving teenager at home that was very disappointed that it would be nice if he replaced it and refunded it. He said no way, he could only do one or the other. I understand business and the importance of customer service and that you need to make money but when you make a mistake and ask the customer to go out of their way to fix your mistake, I feel there should have been some sort of compensation. I wished that I wasn't able to give this review a star at all. I live in the sandfly area and I will NEVER go to this zaxbys again. Customer service is a must especially when a consumer is spending there money. I ordered through the drive thru and apparently the person that take your order isn't the person that takes your money. On 2/17/17 around the 8pm hour as I got to the window to pay the cashier called out my order and asked me is that what I order, she had my order wrong so I told her what my order was. In a very nasty tone she stated "that's what I said" I told her no you didn't and again she said yes I did, I said no you didn't but anyway how much do I owe you. Now if I didn't just get off work and my children wasn't waiting on dinner I would pulled off. I called the store manager on duty at the time and he wasn't helpful at all. He stated that they make mistakes, well being rude isn't a mistake and I will go to the Zaxbys on white bluff I will not spend my money at a rude...

I got the cobb salad here and every time I get it here the Zaxby's on Montgomery Crossroads it always look so pretty and it's so delicious I always have some left over for later. I've been to the one on White Bluff and they never make it as pretty as they do to this one. The staff was friendly and I'm usually better with getting names but the person that waited on us was new and she seem to know what she was doing and if she didn't she would ask so good job Zaxby management for hiring her. I had lunch with my mother there and her salad look delicious as well. The prices for me could be a little cheaper but for what I get it's worth it because it's really good. The Establishment was clean and we actually got there at 10:35 soon as they open maybe about a couple of minutes before they open but they still seem to have it together.
